Front desk clerk was not available for check-in. Waited awhile for her return.A sign stated she was helping another customer and was seen coming out from a backroom. No service bell available. Not very conducive for tired guests wanting to quickly check-in and go rest.Clerk advised that side entrance and parking was accessible so my family and I parked there for quicker entry, with luggages in hand and family in tow. Tried swiping room key a few times to no avail and then saw a taped sign stating entry was currently unavailable and could only be used for exiting from inside! The entire parking lot was icy and extremely slippery but still we had to lug our multiple luggages and walk on the slippery sidewalk to enter through the main door since there were zero parking spots available at the main parking lot.Extremely inconvenient and hazardous to safety!Second time entering, the clerk was unavailable once again with the same sign put up and with several guests waiting for assistance. Most annoying was the unfriendly housekeeping staff conversing loudly the next morning in the hallway right outside of guest rooms. Very rude, unprofessional and inconsiderate. I don't care what hour of the morning it is, if it's not check out time, the remaining of guests' stay should be respected. The beds's metal frames near the foot made a deep loud bending sound every time one would get up or off the bed.The breakfast was the only highlight of the stay.Won't be returning.

I stay here fairly often and it's always clean with friendly staff. They are one of the few holiday inns that still have a decent breakfast.

Absolutely delightful!!I spent 3 weeks in this hotel and it has one of the best service teams I have come across. After this point, I am planning to only book IHG hotels anywhere I travel. It has all the necessary amenities that you'll need during your stay.I would just request a "Pull Up" bar for the gym.

First room had a leaking sprinkler head and shower door was gross. Looked like it had been that way for a long time based on the stain to the wall from the water. Half the floor was also soaked. Told front desk about it in the morning and when I came back that evening, the room was a mess and it was obvious nothing was fixed. My belongings were still in what can best be described as a sauna from the fans, heat and moisture in the floor, my clothes felt damp the rest of the week, not nice. I asked to be moved to a new room which they accommodated. Had to move all my belongings myself, never got offered help at all, a bit of a pain when you don't travel light and you unpack everything in anticipation of a busy work week. Second room also had a disgusting shower door AND a long streak of blood on the wall, Im guessing period juice based on its location near the toilet. Save your time replying that I should call or email someone about this, y'all had your chance to give a basic, to be expected subpar stay (this is America after all where customer service is subpar, at best). My company pays for my stays and there is nothing that will correct this. This is basic hotelier stuff. I'll add it to our company's "do not stay" list and hope to have better luck with another property. Holiday Inn Express used to be my "go-to" for a clean, enjoyable stay, but the last few years and dozen or so stays has changed that, never again.

I just have to shout out to Holiday Inn Express Eagan, especially Courtney, the front desk clerk. We were warmly greeted, promptly taken care of and easily made it to our immaculate room. During our two night stay, Courtney gave us extra towels each time we asked, and kindly greeted us every time we entered the lobby. The pool was in great shape, and there were plenty of food options within walking distance. The area felt safe, everything was well lit and in working order. After staying in hotels in every major chain over the past year, this one easily stood above the rest. 10/10 would return and recommend.Rooms: Well lit, immaculately cleaned, ample outlets, comfortable beds, clean carpets, well-stocked bathroom and coffee bar.Nearby activities: Easy to hop into St. Paul or Roseville ff or the fair or other activities, very close to Bloomington for MOA or the airport.Safety: Well-litFood & drinks: Mexican restaurant across the street had great service, Dunkin’/Baskin-Robbins right next door, Starbucks, Olive Garden and lots more in the shopping complex across the street

Stayed at the hotel for one night and did the park and fly.We leave stayed at hotels close to the airport before and have usually gotten rides from a hotel employee to and from the airport. This hotel set up rides for us with Uber and it worked great. Instead of waiting for someone to come all the way from from the hotel to pick us up our ride was there in a few minutes.Hotel is nice, wonderful staff, restaurants within walking distance, easy access. We actually went to the HyVee grocery store near by and picked up a couple of salads for dinner.I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express for a trouble free beginning and end to a trip.

We stayed in an accessible king suite on the 2nd floor for 2 nights.Check in was fantastic. The young lady working at the desk was so friendly. The desk here is fully accessible for wheelers! That's so rare.I could fully move my chair throughout the room and could reach everything and make full turns everywhere except the right side of the bed. There was room under the bed for a hoyer lift. The bed is very high for transferring from chair to bed though!!The bathroom was great! This was the first time I've seen a towel holder set next to the seat (correct!) at a hotel. The soap and controls were within reach both in the shower and at the sink. The toilet was at the correct height and had room to transfer. I loved the sliding door. The room also had a low electric control for the blinds. The thermostat was also reachable but I did have to roll in and back out to use it (right side of the bed).Breakfast was good, though not accessible. I couldn't see everything from my chair and couldn't reach the back. I had to have my husband grab what I wanted and tell me what the muffins were as I definitely couldn't reach or even see what they were (too high up). A lot of things were set back on the counter which was pretty wide and tall to begin with. All in all it was a lovely stay and I'd recommend it.

Good hotel. Downsides: no ride to the airport like they boast about unless you buy a park and ride package. Horrible for those that don't need to park there only staying at hotel and needing to and from airport. They also don't provide water to those staying at the hotel. You have to buy water bottles from them. Ridiculous they don't have any water station.

We stayed here while visiting MN from MI. The room was clean and the beds/ bedding was super comfortable! The pool was small, but every time we went down to it, there were no other people, so the size didn’t matter much. The breakfast was great! They had bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, fresh fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal. The dining area for breakfast was really nice and clean. Every single staff member we came into contact with was super friendly. Overall, our stay was great and we’d definitely stay here again!
