I come to this Holiday often and I am usually treated very nice. Today Sept 29th I came up to the counter and asked for a couple pks of cigarettes and the ZYN pouches, that if you buy two tobacco products, you can get for .99 cents. The guy wanted to argue with me, saying that there is no deal on the ZYN. I said I come here all the time and I get the deal. I told him there is even signs on your door about it. He said no there's not, you have to get vapor pens. I said please can you just get one and we'll see. Well he got mad and walked over and got two ZYN pouches, I said no, just one please. He said no I had to buy two of them to get the one for .99 cents. I said very nice, no it's two pks of cigs and you get the deal. He did not listen to me and continued to ring two up, then said it's 35 dollars. I put my number in and one rang up at full price one was .99 cents. I asked him if he could take one off. He said I only got one in there, I said well the screen shows two ZYNs. He then started arguing with me that I had to buy two. Next thing I know he comes running behind the counter and came and said see you have to buy two ZYNs. I said can't you take one off he said no. So I ended up having to buy the two ZYNs. There was a line of people and I didn't want to make them wait. He then said next time learn about what your talking about. I said your rude and walked out. I suggest that these workers learn about what they are talking about. Why offer deals when your employees don't know about it. It's ridiculous that he was arguing with me, then charged at me. He does not need to be in customer service.

There was a American women with glasses and she was so mean and lazy and after we pay she said “she spent a lot of money” and she was talking to us so idk what’s her problem but it was a bad service

Tried to pay with a 50 for 28 dollars in goods and got turned away. They refused to make change for it.

It's a decent store definitely busy as heck. Employees are decent as well. The only knocks here is the parking area as it is hard for a disabled veteran with mobility issues to navigate. And the carwash isn't the best.

The woman that work here are lazy and should not be in customer service, stay talking on their cell phones, cursing, pretending no customers are around. Just rude, another lady employee just staring at herself on the phone, you look the way you look it ain’t gonna change and you not cute so do your job and at least make some money. Just fire all the woman here and start over cause this place sucks. Have had great service by the older men staff, cause they care about their jobs. Hope these woman get treated the same way when they go somewhere to get service they deserve nothing less but the same horrible treatment.

Yesterday I was getting out of my car to get gas and an associate was yelling over the mic to pump one saying for the customer to hang up their pump and then she said Word for Word oh my God hang up your pump yelling at this customer, I walked over to pump one to see if he needed help, I noticed that no one was at the palm, but then I turned around and he was walking towards the pump, this may not seem relevant, but the customer is Mexican, but it will seem relevant once I say the rest of my review, Going in there is two people working but only one register open and there was a long line, The gentleman with the long hair was heating up sandwiches and I noticed that there is almost a four minute timer on the microwave. Do you think he could’ve taken those four minutes and rang up maybe one or two customers one was like 10 people online and going back to the other associate that was yelling at the Mexican who I just stopped by now to get gas again and noticed I believe she is the general manager, she is older and quite large. She is very rude. She doesn’t greet customers. She didn’t greet myself and the three people that were in front of me when I was here yesterday she didn’t tell anyone of any ethnic group to have a good day. She told me to have a good day and I’m a white person just pointing that out, and I noticed that she didn’t have a name tag on, but she was upfront today working on the computer and knowing from working at a gas station a long time ago, that’s where the general manager is Work. I am a general manager where I work she would not be employed where I work if that’s how she talked to customers and the lack of greeting customers and treating other ethnic groups in a different way, I’m wondering if she would’ve yelled at the customer at pump one if they would’ve been white and who says oh my God to a customer what happened to customer service I wanna know that every time I go into a store or anywhere and I don’t get greeted or have a nice day or even talk to you in a friendly way like what’s going on nowadays, there is no way my boss would keep me employed where I work if that’s how I treat a customers. I’m pretty sure no one will talk to her. I already see you guys got 3.3 stars and I wonder why, The general manager needs to do better and someone should talk to her because that is no way for general manager to talk to any customer

Becky the manager didn’t heat temp the coffee it did stop over filling I have 3 rd degree burn from my hand to my wrist she won’t give me an incidental report. If ur color you will be treated poorly. I’d give this negative 10 stars. Don’t go here. This is a complete joke. She said might as well call a lawyer.. CD

I just stopped by this Holiday store to get gas for my lawn mower.. I find this Holiday a good local store.. I often stop here to get gas, I love to get doughnuts for my family and coffee for myself on the weekends.. The people here are always so friendly and quick to offer help.. I also greatly appreciate their "Free"air for the car.. I have been using this Holiday for 35 years..

Laquisha helped me pump air into my tires because I didn’t know how to do it. She was very kind and helpful!!! She should get a raise for her above and beyond customer service. 10/10
