Terrible Customer Service. Been in many times and always the same ghost town of a store with barely any employees who have very little knowledge or experience! Do better, Menards puts you to shame in every way!

Traveled 2 hours to get to Home Depot for advertised flooring. None but vinyl. A horrible product. No hemp,no bamboo. Maybe,6 choices in wood. A wasted trip for too many excuses.

Before I drive the 6 miles I check online to see if it's in stock. It is shocking how many items aren't and say they can ship to the store in 3 or 5 or 7 days. Amazon is overnight and with Prime no shipping cost. People complain about Amazon but Home Depot it's your own fault.

If you enjoy wasting your time and being hung to dry all day for a delivery that will never show until you call to see what is going on, come here and deal with the staff that could care less about you or your time.

Every time I try to shop at Home Depot, I regret it. I will never shop there again. They ignore female customers or "go on break" as soon as I walk in the door. Lowe's is great, and even though they're far from my home, this is where I take my business now. I am treated with respect at Lowe's.

I went to this store, the second Home Depot of the day because the first store was out of 2/5 items I went there to get. I asked the girl sitting in the carpet area to call someone to cut blinds. She said she could do it. This was the start of 40 minutes of her, and eventually a second young man, trying to figure out how to cut the blinds properly and use the machine. They miscut two blinds and had to start over. They were 15 minutes into their second attempt at cutting the first of the two blinds I requested when I grabbed the stuff from my cart and walked away. After all this, I still returned home with no blinds. Total time wasted between two Home Depot’s … 1.5 hours. Train your staff!!!!

Great experience while at store, however when I was ready to checkout, lady rep Sandra jumped in front of the self checkout and started aggressively scanning items for me.
I did not request for her assistance, and as I noticed multiple self checkout units being used by other clients without any intrusion, it made me feel profiled and attacked by the fact that I was being “helped” while everyone else was being left alone at the self checkout.
What’s up with that behavior?
If you are eager to assist, great, do so through consent and good manners, don’t just snatch things from people.

They have no customer service at all not talking about this one but all of them they used to have great service people I'm each department people wto have worked on the trades not teenagers who don't even know what a board stretcher is

Linda was most helpful at checkout yesterday even though I was in the self-serve check out she came over and said you want me to do that for you? I said sure, and then helped me set up to get my military discount as well. Great customer service Linda thank you.

I love Home Depot. There is so much to choose from. Staff at this site we're not as plentiful, and we're hard to locate for help.

Love this place for anything relating to the home. Fair pricing, with the added bonus of a 10% Veteran's discount on many items. Hope they eventually include appliances. Honor this business with your patronage, as they seek to honor those who have served.
