My sister bought a washing machine for our mom age 84. Mom has very low income and mobility issues, a very bad knee. My sister was careful to measure the space and ordered a machine but when delivered the installation crew could not fit it in the laundry closet. Not only did they leave it hanging out with the base raised up on the track of the closet, they had no caring about how the machine could never work for her in this tilted manner. They told Mom it was only an inch too big and that she could literally have my brother in law cut off the pipe in the back to push back the machine. Mom lives in a condo so she would not be allowed to cut a pipe in the building. They ran a rinse cycle even though the machine was not level and can’t be leveled. They told mom all washers are the same size which is absolutely not true. They told her the only other option was a miniature washer. That was not true the Samsung is 29 inches and several options are available at 27 inches. They deliberately pushed her into signing for the improperly installed machine. Had they let Mom have the time to call my sister it could have been traded in for a properly fitting machine. They had mom sign a computer tablet without explaining that meant she had accepted it as is.They did not show her what she agreed to or give her a copy and she has no computer. My sister called the store and was told the delivery people have no expertise at all or knowledge about correctly installing a unit evern though we paid for installation. Home Depot said Mom should have known better. Our Mom is highly trusting. The unprofessional delivery people tricked her into accepting the machine that she now can’t use and my sister can't return . My sister works hard to help Mom and Home Depot says it’s only buyers remorse. I chipped in and we will get Mom a new machine elsewhere. Home Depot says they have no obligation to assist Mom. This is a huge financial setback for our family.Fast forward to 2022 and I ordered a freezer for a friend from Home Depot. They would not agree to connect with the home owner for delivery and actually left it lying sideways in the snow on the front yard. I made a huge fuss and got a full refund but I am afraid I will never dare to order an appliance from Home Depot ever again. Warner's Stellian is magnificent. I go with them now for everything. I think this is my only negative review ever. Sorry Home Depot!

Never thought I would love going to home depot but it's been one of my favorite things to do as I embark on the home improvement journey Thank you for helping me figure out what paints I need to get. We recently painted a room and it looks amazing!

Years ago I could walk through the store and never be greeted or asked if I needed assistance, but glad that has changed. Glad Home Depot is in Eagan. It’s in a very convenient location. Great service

We love the rental trucks from Home Depot they are great price especially for single females who need to move things. However customer service was terrible we knew we had to get the truck back by 8 but we were struggling in the parking lot to get the lights off. This put us at 8:04. We saw the gentleman that rented us the truck in the parking lot, he would not help us and told us he was closed and it was my problem. Luckily there was a wonderful woman who was kind and took the truck back for us. She was kind and understanding. If it wasn’t for her we would have been charged a huge fee. I understand his perspective we needed to be on time but we were having trouble with the truck in the parking lot, this was an unforeseen circumstance that happened otherwise we would have been on time exactly at 8. People need to give grace of at least 10 min. People are on budgets it is hard and the day before thanksgiving.

Always get great help here at this home depo but your self checkout personal both made us feel we were stealing. Very unprofessional. The gal in service vehicle flagged down manager to recount our items. Your staff on the floor have always been great and very knowledgeable but today was horrible. We do t like going into self checkout but no registers were available.

This i a late entry back in mid-June. I needed to pick up a can of wasp removal spray, so I went to this home depot, forgetting I had my dog with me. Concerned about leaving him in the car since it was 98°F That day. I made sure to look up if Home Depot was Pet friendly. It said yes, they were(I did misinterpret this and missed the part where it said service dogs only that was my fault). My dog is about the size of a football it easy to keep him in line. So before we go in, I walk him to prevent any accidents in the store. He does his business. So we go inside. Employees look at us but don't say anything. So we continue I got a little lost looking for the wasp removal spray we pass a few fridges and washing machines my dog is staying right next to me no trouble we get a few looks from employees and customers but still no one says anything. I realized we went the wrong way, so I turned back past the washing machines and fridges again, still having the dog right next to me, still getting stares and no words. I find the wasp spray. Twords check out, we pass a few lawn mowers. Dog still right at my side. An employee says "ma'am that dog can't be in here." I say, "I'm sorry, I thought the place was pet friendly. Since I am just getting these, can I just check out and leave?" The employee says yes and lets me know that's for service dogs only. But then immediately turns around and starts questioning. If I pass anything machine wise, I answer honestly. Then, without proof, they starts to accuse me of letting my dog pee on stuff(which I know is not true cause I kept him right next to me) so I get defensive and explain that he did not pee on anything cause I walked him outside first to get his bussiness out and that I kept him right by my side and watched him closely. The employee responded with whatever, just checkout and get out. They were very rude.

Mixed feelings - we bought our first house and have been painting a lot. Went to go paint the cabinets, even brought one face in and mentioned to the paint person I was going to use deglosser (satin finished wood) she stated that I didn't need to and primer and paint would be fine. You can imagine how I felt after the first tester peeled under my findernail. Thankfully I had some deglosser on hand but imagine if I'd done them all and they peeled. We have also had several plumbing questions and the foreign guy is super rude and always trying to upsell us or telling us we have to fully replace things that we don't. These folks don't know what they're doing. Losing trust here and am going to find another location.

Floor plan is the same as every other Home Depot. Parking lot was big, and the inside was tidy. Isles were marked well. Self checkout lane worked well. Seemed to be a lot of employees around if I any questions. Your basic Home Depot.
