Tires were super expensive but now it's done & taken care of. Message for a return ride to pick up our car may not have been passed on OR it was passed on but then not followed through. We had to call again when "that requested ride" did not show up. Turns out it just did not get scheduled. They did follow through after that 2nd request & sent a ride. We appreciated the rides that were provided for us.

All I can say is they do a great job on fixing your car And they always explain what the problem is with your car and if you need a ride home or pick up they will also call a Uber for you

Such a nice repair shop! I was treated nicely and respectfully thru everything. My car had a tricky issue and they totally worked with me. I recommend this shop.

The team at Honest-1 Eagan West were knowledgeable and kind. They even went out of their way to source a part for my car to save me a lot of money. The pics they said of my car during repair are great, but the technician selected the wrong value for the text that accompanies the picture in the canned form they use. Not a problem. I called and they explained to me what happened and fixed the error. I am definitely going back because these folks care about their customers and take pride in their work. I have been to other shops that felt like Luke warm about. This shop however gets a solid recommendation from me. UPDATE: I bought a used car that needed a few repairs to be safe. I appreciate the attention to detail and the willingness of the Honest Auto advisors to squeeze an urgent appointment in despite having a full schedule. I won’t take my car anywhere else. There are shops closer but this is the shop I take my car to.

Had a great experience at Honest-1 as a first-time customer... had a strange low-battery issue, which Autozone told me was a bad starter and/or alternator. Brought it into Honest-1 with this information and after their inspection they found that it was in fact the 6 year old battery and the crud buildup around the connectors that was causing my issues. Got a new battery and I was good to go. They could have easily told me my alternator and starter were shot and charged me much much more to get it back running. Will be back!!

This place won’t tell you price estimates over the phone. They want you to bring the car in so they can do all kinds of tests when I know its the battery needing replacement!

I had a great experience at Honest-1 Auto Care Eagan West. It was smooth sailing from car diagnostic to repair. The auto technicians at this location are professionals who knew what to do once I dropped the car. They organized for my ride back home and handled all the claims aspects of the transaction. I was kept updated through out the repair process which was executed in the most timely manner getting me back on the road soonest possible. My car functionalities were restored to brand new status all at a pocket-friendly cost. Keep up the good work!

Brandon was exceptionally helpful. I had a few things wrong and he was so patient with my questions. He took time to help me figure out a loaner car. He took time and was patient getting me scheduled. Honestly he really helped me make the decision to have Honest 1 fix my car. My car is super now!

I've not used this Honest-1 before and through online booking I accidently selected the wrong location. I attempted to use the $20 off an oil change coupon but was told I couldn't use it because it was for the location I intended to go to. However, they used their $15 off coupon. Now, after this oil change, my car is making a weird noise when I make a sharp turn. This was not happening prior to the oil change. I'm not saying they did something, but I am very suspicious. I've heard of mechanics that will do something to a car in their care so that the person has to bring it back for a more expensive repair. Again, not saying Honest-1 did this, but the timing is very suspicious since it started immediately after the oil change.
