Hy-Vee Grocery Store offers a neighborhood shopping experience known for quality, variety, culinary expertise, and superior customer service. It is a wonderful store with a wonderful staff and a nice variety of staples and special things. The store has all the things, including plenty of quick serve options for prepared meals, a full restaurant like Wahlburgers, and a liquor store attached. It features good sized deli, bakery, seafood, and meat sections. Some customers note the prices can be a little up there, especially on basics, and that using special coupons on top of a store card is needed for a decent price. A common frustration is that sale items are often out of stock. The store layout also leads to some backtracking. However, many find it has become less expensive than competitors on many items. It remains a convenient, great grocery store where you can get a lot of things crossed off your list.

Sue in the floral department is absolutely oustanding!! She goes above and beyond for me, every time I come in to get arrangements for my Nurses and/or friends. She is always so accommodating and kind, and has a smile that would brighten anyone's day!

We're living in Oklahoma now. We really miss the Hy Vee story's.
