Just wanted to say that I recently went there for a neighbor, she is a kind and caring Korean Senior neighbor and asked if I would pick up a few grocery items since sadly she slipped on the ice and was too bruised up and sore to go herself, so of course I said I would, but being that it was my first time going there, I had problems trying to find what she was looking for and there were 2 different customers who noticed I was having problems trying to find some items and the very kind customers helped me out GREATLY!! So a big THANKS to the customers that were shopping that day!

They have great food a lot of different selections. Customer service it’s horrible. My husband came to this restaurant to buy food for us. The young lady working as a cashier didn’t make ordering food process easy . matter fact she had a hard time understanding but yet she was getting increasingly impatient. He was eager to try out their food he spent $76 and left very disappointed they didn’t value his time and were very rude . We will not be coming back here again .

Groceries are too expensive compare to all groceries store…feels like sucking blood..I have compared all Indian grocery stores in and around Minneapolis. I recommend people not visit here….. just compare prices with other store taking same item

This store was a decent option, but it has deteriorated a lot in last one year. The food court lacks quality control, and grocery item prices are higher than the competition. Basic customer service is missing, and the support staff does not address reported issues. It appears that the owners are not concerned about the customer experience.

The Daawat basmati rice and raw chicken I bought were both bad. The chicken was supposed to be fresh, but it had a strong, spoiled smell. The rice had weevils in it. Very disappointed.

Everything is good. But the human interaction at the store sucks. The girls checking out at the cash register are the worse. Seems like they have no manners at all. Also it’s very sad, after living in US not learning. Very bad customer service at the front of the house.

This store is absolutely terrible. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely uninterested in helping customers. They don’t even bother to greet you when you walk in, and they act as if you're inconveniencing them by asking for assistance. It’s clear they have no idea how to treat customers with respect or provide basic service. They are slow, disorganized, and make the whole shopping experience frustrating. It's obvious they don't care about their customers at all and just want to get through their shift without any effort. I would never recommend this place to anyone until it’s improved.
Positive side is you have good products with wast varieties with avg quality

Stale items
We bought sweets from here. The sweets had a stale and rotten smell when opened
Then we noticed that there seemed to be a label stuck on top on the original manufacturers label… now we were wondering how old this item really is …

We received no food in our food order and had to eat something else after getting this take-out for dinner. There simply was no food at all despite having containers of sauce waste and used bones. We ordered goat curry. We received some kind of bones with zero meat in a thin broth without flavor. We also ordered Dal. This seemed to be missing the lentils; it had flavor but was a thin sauce. I don't know who they are saving their actual food for, but it isn't you.

Horrible place to buy Chapathi. They are selling spoiled chapathi in the name of fresh made chapathi ( had very bad odor) we served this to the kids in the party and did know until one kid complained about the smell.
Please do not spoil the health of customers trusting and buying it from your store

recently visited Indian Bazar and unfortunately, my experience was highly disappointing. When I asked the staff for recommendations, they simply referred me to the menu without any guidance. I ordered a variety of items including samosa, puff, bhel, Manchurian, pakodi, and pani puri. Unfortunately, the quality of the food was the worst I’ve ever had.
The pani puri was just water and puri without any masala, and the other dishes were equally subpar. Despite ordering multiple items, we were only given three packets of ketchup. When I politely requested more, the staff gave me one at a time with a rude attitude, as if I wasn’t paying for the food.
To make matters worse, the staff in the grocery section were neither friendly nor helpful. The overall experience felt unwelcoming and frustrating. The food was so disappointing that we left most of it untouched.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both food quality and customer.

Staff was distracted. Waited over 10mins at the billing counter and no one was present. One person smiled and walked away without asking if I had ordered. Had to order at the kiosk. Please train your staff to be attentive.
