It was my first time here, and it’s a lovely place. Customer service is great. Once you walk in, they greet you right away. The waiting time is not long, it’s around 15-20min,
you don’t even feel it. But the prices are VERY EXPENSIVE. Make sure you always ask about the prices! For nude acrylic nails with a bow on the ring finger I paid $75, in which for me it’s really expensive. I would understand if it’s a hard design, but mine are very simple and basic. I asked the lady how much it was going to be and she said I’m getting acrylics with color, plus 2 bows, sums up to $75….so am I being charged for getting color on my nails? That’s wild and super expensive. Never paid $75 for a simple and basic nail design; it’s a nude color. Also, the bow fell off very quickly, the lady didn’t even glue it right, but I was embarrassed to ask her to glue it a bit more, so yes, it was my fault for not saying anything.
Lovely place, but sadly I will not be coming here again. It’s overly expensive.
