Very unpleasant experience from a year ago. And I decided to post this review now because whenever I see Levi’s brand thereafter, it reminds me of the bad memory. Unprofessional stuff asked to check my personal purse (just a typical Coach shoulder bag) when I entered the store, she even wanted to have her head “embedded” into my purse to check. She tried to use her hand to do some search inside the purse, and she found nothing “suspicious” to her, and allowed us to enter. Not recommended. Shop online or at other store if you can.

I came to get a jeans but I was refused to use the fitting room. I thought the store were to be closed soon but after asking about store hours I was told the store will be closed 9pm which means there was more than an hour before closing the store. Horrible customer service!
