The shop in the Twin Cities is a must stop for any sports fan. The staff is always courteous, friendly and willing to help. The worker and employee are very knowledgeable, helpful and give A1 customer service. The worker steam hats, offer custom lids and sell souvenir hats representing the Twin Cities. The location offers great gear and excellent merch. The staff is a gem and an asset to the company. Customer will leave with a great experience and a hat will proudly wear.

Went in to find a jersey for my son! Raven was very helpful! She had recommendations for other gift ideas and since they did not have the jersey I was searching for. She was the best! We need more enthusiastic employees like her!
