The worker and employee are very knowledgeable, helpful and give A1 customer service. The worker steam hats, offer custom lids and sell souvenir hats representing the Twin Cities. The location offers great gear and excellent merch. The staff is a gem and an asset to the company. Customer will leave with a great experience and a hat will proudly wear.
