Disappointed in Marshall's. Home Store was great as usual but much better when tied with TJ Maxx. Marshall's did not have the same variety or quantity as TJ.

Amazing diverse selection, however, the store layout makes it challenging to navigate. The isles should be wider.

Couldn't do return. All stuff were unpacked. Manager's excuse was, that I need to go to Marshalls! When I said "Marshalls" is written on your store, he said that it is combined store and they cannot do return. Insane! What kind of policy is that?!

The homegoods is awesome but the Marshall's constantly smells like body odor (bad body odor too) and just feels dirty.

Prices comparable to other non-discount stores. Store very cluttered, hard to maneuver if you have a cart. Long checkout line & slow, extremely long line to checkout every time I've been here.

The store is fantastic, from its layout to its employees. Despite being incredibly busy, the staff did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store. At checkout, the staff were exceptional, even apologizing for the long line. I'd rate it 10/10!
