Had mattress, couldn't get it, told to come back tomorrow and there will be someone there that can operate a lift then. Came back, nope, nobody to operate a lift again. Two trips, 25 minutes away, 2 hours+ of our lives plus milage wasted.

Not entirely the distributioners fault, but the companys-ordered a mattress, said it'll be here within a week. Waited almost a month calling daily. Said they're expecting a shipment, but don't know when and what's on it....finally got a call that we can come pick it up. It was fun sleeping on an air mattress these past couple of weeks.??
