We have been using this company for YEARS at my place of employment and we have always had the best experience! We use them yearly and also they have taken on various other projects during the year that have included scanning thousands of documents-some documents being 50+ years old on see through paper! Everyone is always so nice and helpful anytime I need them. I would highly recommend them for any scanning services!

Everyone at MN Document Scanning Services was great to work with. I brought in 4 file boxes of documents, they scanned them in record time and also were able to make the digital version searchable. The fee was very reasonable for the amount of work that was needed to be done. Thank you! I highly recommend seeking them out for any scanning needs.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome of preserving the First United Methodist’s records of scanning seven membership books - over 1,230 pages. We appreciated the expertise, care, and respect while working with some very fragile documents from as early as 1896!
Communication was open and timely; handled on the phone and email.
They completed this project ahead of schedule, providing us with the requested PDF on two thumb drives as requested. The attention to details was awesome; following the specific directions of labeling each record book specifically into folders.
