I ordered the Spectra S1 Plus with an upgrade of $100 (out of pocket) and they billed my insurance $349, making the pump a total of $449. Fast delivery and they answered every question I had except for when I asked for a breakdown of my bill and what was included in the upgrade bundle; the representative from the billing department refused to answer those two questions.

The owner of this place goes above and beyond and I am beyond grateful today. Had a broken machine nobody to deliver it today and he came in to deliver a machine for my 6-year-old. Goes to show that there still is good people in this world.

I had ordered a pump through a different medical supply company several months before needing it and my shipping date kept getting pushed back. My due date got moved up so I was in a panic. My doctor recommended reaching out to Neb Doctor's and within 3 hours they had processed my request and told me my pump was on the way. They were so easy and nice to work with and communication was excellent! Will definitely order through them again if I have any future needs.

I would recommend anyone to Neb Doctors. The customer service was excellent both times I needed their assistance. I decided on the Elvie Stride based on my lifestyle and it has been the best choice. Hands free, app based, comfortable, convenient. I accidentally broke the motor and had to use a traditional pump for about one week and going back to the Elvie Stride was amazing. Neb Doctors helped me navigate the replacement process with Elvie and I received nothing but the best customer service. Thank-you!

NEB Doctors provided me with the best customer service I have EVER received!! Randy was absolutely fantastic! He is so caring and knowledgeable and went above and beyond anything I would ever expect! I got the unimom opera and it is fantastic. It’s a comfortable fit, way faster, very quiet, and the rechargeable battery is very helpful. It’s also very helpful to do different modes so you can do one at a time or alternate. I have also used the Medela in style Max Flow and it was terrible. It leaks and it’s slow with poor suction. I highly recommend NEB Doctors and the Unimom Opera!

The whole process was extremely seamless, from submitting my form to being contacted and ordering. The representatives I spoke with were very knowledgeable about the product and helped me make a decision on which breast pump I wanted to go with. The product showed up in a few days.
