Great selection and some good deals, but what wins me over is the amazing team at the store. They were super helpful and really fun to interact with. My wife and I left with smiles on our faces--they brightened our day, and we will be back.

The person helping me was very friendly and accommodating. Let me do my thing, and was available immediately to help me with my purchase. The other male employee gave me a weird vibe. Like he was sizing me up or something.

Went into Oakley today and was waiting to get checked out. Customer said he saw a scratch on the lenses while a young lady with green hair was cleaning it. She took the pair and wiped off a huge smug and handed it back to him. He wouldn't show her directly where the scratch but claimed there was one. Once she took it back from him to look he told his family they’re leaving. the young lady was clearly shocked by his attitude. I could just tell it ruined her day a bit by how quiet she got afterwards. I feel so bad for the employees that work here and have to deal with customers with that kind of attitude. They’re doing their jobs people! They aren’t the one who scratched the lenses and they sure as hell don’t deserve attitude cause you think you’re better than everyone else and deserve a new pair. Shout out to Oakley cause they were all so fun and kind while I was there.

Great experience! All employees were very friendly and knowledgeable about their product, answered all my questions. There were lots of options available, found exactly what I wanted! So happy with purchase and the experience was awesome , made me feel like number 1 customer even though this was mt first time in this Oakley store. Very polite . Will go back.
