“Had a great experience with TOPS! I went to multiple businesses to send a fax, but none of them could get it to work. TOPS solved the problem quickly and provided excellent customer service. Both the staff and their dogs were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place — 10/10 experience!”

“I love my Innovative team! They always give me the best customer service and they are so helpful. I especially appreciate Raina on Team Inspire, Joy in facilities, and our Sales Rep John. Great people that work as hard as possible to get us what we need, even during a pandemic when supplies are scarce for some things. Couldn't do business without them!”

“Great Company to work for and even greater compassion for it's customers. You can really see how each employee is passionate about their job and just wants what is best for each customer using their products. Their passion and energy and will for providing the best products for the best prices with the best customer service is what separates them in the field of office automation.”

“Nicest Office Max I’ve ever been in. Been here twice this week. First experience was great. Unfortunately the second time was not as efficient. Needed a manager override on a return and there were no managers around. Not effective use of cashiers time, other customers’ time, and our time. Managers should be more aware of things. Kind of disappointing.”
