Julie and her husband are the best nail techs at the shop ONLY!! All of the techs can do a pretty good pedicure. I feel that this shop over charges for the quality they are able to provide.
A customer should never feel pressured to pay full price when they have not received the service they asked for, and you are still stared at for a tip.
Staff is friendly only to those who they know and the nail salon seems dirty and could use a deep clean.

I found my forever nail tech!
This is the 3rd nail salon I have tried since I moved to Eagan, and I'm glad I found it! Kelly was so chill. Her hands were so light but still did a great job on my manipedi.
I only wanted to do a regular manipedi to rest my nails, and she didn't push me to anything extra. This made me feel relaxed and enjoy my me-time.
I'm definitely going back!

I originally got my nails down in duluth Mn, I was on a trip to the twin cities and decided to stop in here to get 2 broken nails fixed. They not only fixed the shape of ALL of my nails, they redid the color and it turned out amazing ❤️❤️ will definitely be back!

I got the dip powder nails and the job was sloppy. The owner did my nails and said I seeded tips I said ok, but she only put tips on eight of my nails and said it will be $55 I said ok, but when she got done her was was sloppy, my nails wasn't fully covered ad they gave off 2 weeks later. I was able to pop them off myself.

Super relaxing! Loved my pedicure! Kelly did a great job and gave one of the best massages for a pedicure, that I’ve ever received. Kelly also did my mom’s set of nails and they came out so good! I was impressed. They also pampered my daughter (7) and gave her very cute, sparkle nails. These women know what they are doing. You won’t regret coming here. We will definitely return.

Called from the parking space, walked right in for a Friday night paint change. Tony was efficient and informative about the gentle upkeep of my natural nails. My first time at Oscar’s and it felt like a place to come back to. I noticed the gentleman in the pedicure lounger seemed to be enjoying some foot work unwind time . Tempting. Tons of paints to change to. Reasonable price. Quick, professional service. I love discovering a gem in the neighborhood.

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I had to for this place! DONOT go here I went here because it was close to my job and I wish I never would have! When I got there some lacy did my nails she burnt me several times and cut open my skin. As I left the shop I noticed that the dip was not attached to my real nail. Then next day a couple of my fingers started hurting and I ended up having to go to the doctor because 5 of my nails were infected! Save your time and money! This place is dirty and not worth it! Not even worth a 1 star!

This place is amazing. I’ve been there multiple times the people there are great you should definitely go. I recommend it. They also do nails on kids so if your child is like maybe 10 years old wants to get acrylics go ahead and go there. It’s nice, relaxing and so much more overall a great place. I Rate this place five stars The people they are so nice there’s nothing that I really am annoyed about So I really recommend this place. I’m going there over the weekend hopefully if I have time. They are my favorite nail place And I bet it’ll be yours too. I never had any bad experiences it’s just all good. My nails are fine I never got cut by anything it’s all good I would love to take my friends there just a chat and talk and all that stuff, so definitely recommended. I love Oscar Nails! Everybody there is always so warm and friendly. I go to see Kelly, who does a beautiful job with my nails (I ALWAYS get compliments). I believe everyone there does a fantastic job...Any time I'm there, other clients , at other stations, also seem equally pleased with their nails when they are done. Conversation is easy...amongst techs and clients alike. Just pleasant, relaxed, and enjoyable visits. Always happy.

I went in at 10am for a pedicure the lady who did my pedicure was done in less than 20 minutes rushed throughout the entire service. The massage chairs are old, barely working on top of that the place was dirty.
