  I often go to this store but the staff is unprofessional, always showing bad attitude towards customers, always labeling prices wrong, discounts. The ladies (staff) is quite grumpy and rude, always banging on the door instead of gently checking in the fitting rooms. Clothes are left on the floor like trash (they don't care because half the store is on sale). I don't feel welcome there, the staff (almost) have frowning faces, and are only focused on their own work (playing phones, talking to each other). I am really disappointed in the staff attitude here, this store needs to change👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

  We recently visited Pacsu at Eagan. We went in with a product to price match and Rhyder was extremely helpful and patient in helping us. Rhyder made sure that all of its needs were taken care of before leaving the store. Thank you, Rhyder, for helping my family out :)

  the teens working here are so judgy for no good reason 😭 sitting on the counter or behind the counter on their phones glaring at customers… its very much giving unemployment vibes. there were at least six of them crowded at the register, while the store lay in a serious state of total mess. crazy place xo

  I visited your store and was really disappointed by the experience. There were three teenage employees sitting on the counters, not greeting anyone as they came in. It didn’t feel welcoming at all.
  
  Also, your sign advertising “Buy 1, Get 1 50% Off” is misleading—turns out it excludes the items we purchased, which was only mentioned in the tiniest fine print. That kind of advertising feels deceptive.
  
  You really should consider having an adult manager on site to ensure the store is being run professionally and customers are treated with basic courtesy. I’m surprised you even open anymore.

  Love the workers here! The shorter manager was super nice and willing to help whenever! Not to mention the taller black haired worker with glasses being amazing and constantly helping. Seemed like a well rounded team with no issues! Great establishment!!!

  This is by far one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had. The customer service is nonexistent. Walked in and was completely ignored by a group of teenage employees glued to their phones—no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. They barely looked up from behind the counter, where they were just sitting around chatting.
  
  Trying to get into a fitting room was an absolute hassle, as if I was interrupting their social hour. The store itself is a disaster—clothes are everywhere, nothing is in the right place, and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. Items are mislabeled constantly. Almost everything is marked as “on sale” or “deal,” but when you get to the register, they suddenly tell you it’s full price. Very misleading and frustrating.
  
  It’s messy, unprofessional, and not worth your time. Shop literally anywhere else.

  I got shoes thinking they were a steal, but the reason they were $19.99 was that the shoes were both completely different sizes. It's not about what I spent at the store; it's about what they put out. They need to be more specific. It was strange that they didn’t check the sizes, as they usually do. I don’t think they should be selling mismatched items like these. Instead, they should include them in their lost inventory rather than selling defective products.?

  The very cute, buff, young, and stylish hispanic manager had awesome customer service. He was very helpful and patient with my little brother. Very respectful, sweet, and professional. Would shop here again just for him!

  Customer service is literally trash! DONT RECCOMEND THIS STORE AT ALL! Wanting to buy two tshirts (one male, one female tshirt) with Buy 1 get 1 50% off which wouldn't work apparently cause it needs to be two of the same gender. So we got another "female top" from the buy 1 get 1 free section.
  The poorly customer schooled manager wasn't able to tell us that there were different combinations of discounts. He was not able to explain it in a kind way, started to roll his eyes at us and was that sassy to have a different worker explain it to us. They did not keep the promise which was advertised (50% off entire store when you buy a second item)!

  I wish I could give this store negative stars. There are more than 10 signs that state entire store is BOGO 50% off. I grabbed a dress and hubby grabbed a button up. Both locations we got our items from, had the same BOGO 50% off sign. Went to check out and the items weren’t ringing up correctly. Management was called over and could not honor the discount due to the items not being part of the sale. We even showed them the exact locations and the signs where we grabbed from and they still did NOT honor the deal. Poorly managed and horribly set up if they can’t even have the correct signs in the right places.
