I have been going here since 2012 and never had a problem. As far as them seeing you on time I never had to wait but for a few min once I check in. In FL my doctor 2-4 hours of waiting was a norm. Dr Border has been excellent. She has always listen and it is refreshing to find a doctor who does these days. If a lab need to be done that just take a few MN also.

Why does it take 8-10 weeks to get a prior authorization completed for a prescription?

Dr. Hyser provides excellent care. Her professionalism, honesty, and compassion make her one of the best doctors I’ve ever met. She takes time to listen and ensure that her patients understand their care. Highly recommended.

I am a long term patient of Dr. Michelle Erickson and goodness I am SO grateful for her!! (and her sweet nurse Katelyn)
She not only cares, listens and HEARS me….she does what is in my best interest; always!
This woman not only helped me get off opiates; she managed to handle my pain control VERY well after a recent mastectomy…. while maintaining my recovery!!!
She is just the best and without her I highly doubt I would have ever found long term recovery!
Just FOREVER GRATEFUL!

I have a pleasure for more than 20 years being a patient of Jori Shore. She is the amazing doctor, very knowledgeable & listening the patients very precisely. She was referring me to the best specialists doctors for all those years. I'm very thank full Jori for taking care about my health & sharing the same interests about organic food.Have a wonderful summer, Jori!

An excellent clinic with excellent personnel. My wife's Primary Care Doctor is assigned here, and never had issues with care. They accepted my wife's CHAMPVA for life coverage with no problems.

Abigail F. Bennett, the worse doctor is existence. She recommended us medicines for a lice outbreak we had, ones that kill the lice. We told her that the last time this happened, the medicine we requested worked the best. She ignored us, and refused to prescribe us it, and prescribed us a different one. Walgreens let us know about it, so we called her back and told her we don't need that one, because it didn't work, we need the one we asked for, to which she ignored and and continued to ignore us. We had to wait 3 days to actually get the medicine, on which the forth day we told the clinic to forget it and we payed out of pocket for an over-the-counter one.

Absolutely awful experience. I have visited many obgyns for my pcos over the years, and decided I wanted to try a more general practitioner this time, given a substantial recent weight gain of 20-25 pounds in just a couple months, hoping their subject matter expertise in obesity would help, and possibly get a referral to an endocrinologist if needed. The provider was great and ran all the expected tests, and even mentioned she would follow up if we didn’t find a clear answer. I felt great leaving the appt.
When my tests came back, most were normal, and all of the “easy problems” were ruled out. However a couple of my tests were out of range or at the bottom of range, indicating less than ideal numbers. Further, one test wasn’t even reviewed!!! The doctor I met with didn’t review them, and instead a physician assistant who clearly didn’t know me did.
Then, I was given a referral to an obgyn (where I was coming from!!!) based on the appearance of one cyst on the outside ovary (which is an incorrect indicator of pcos, by the way). I literally set up this appt because my obgyns I’ve seen felt my problem was not obgyn specific.
I tried to ask to connect with the doctor again, but was told I’d have to set up an appointment and be charged again (even if I am to send a virtual message). Considering they already billed over $3000 to insurance, and couldn’t even review my records holistically, I can’t.

I have never been a fan of Park Nicollet, but decided to give them another try at a clinic closer to my home. However, I will not be returning. I waited over an hour for my appointment to be told they are running ten minutes behind (2:30 P). I still waited for 30 minutes from my appointment time to be in the room to see the doctor and continued to wait following. It is up hauling the type of courtesy the clinic and its doctors have for the time of their patients. It was nearing 1.5 hours by the time I was even seen.

This place runs its billing department like a slum lord. We asked the doctor for general sleep tips for our child. The same type of tips Instagram videos give for free and they feel it’s okay to bill by insurance for a sleep disorder. I went to question it and they feel they have a right to bill a few simple questions as a sleep disorder.

Went here just for a blood draw at their lab, so I cannot speak to the aspects of getting medical care, the doctors, etc. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, though it was confusing that she just sent me to the lab without checking me in (as far as I could tell); other clinics (not Park Nicollet clinics) I have to wait in the front waiting room til a nurse comes, but here I was just sent back to the lab, which had its own little waiting room. That was fine, just a bit confusing because I got no explanation of why I didn't get checked in at the front desk, get a slip of paper or sheet of stickers, etc.The lab tech was nice and friendly, and the blood draw went quickly and I was done with that within five minutes. When I was there I saw only a couple people/patients (definitely not crowded!).The building was clean and tidy. When I was there, masks were not required if you were not sick (though you could wear one if you wanted). This wasn't posted in the reception area anywhere I saw, which would have been helpful, but it was online when I made an appointment and got the confirmation for it. I did get asked Covid screening questions as usual at the reception desk..The staff were pretty good at respecting my service dog and not interacting with her, which I appreciated, since that's not always the case even at medical clinics/therapy/hospitals (e.g. places a service dog would likely be seen fairly frequently, since service dogs work for disabled handlers who are often at the doctor or hospital).Regarding other accessibility aspects:The front doors are automatic (like a grocery store, not the kind where you push a button). There was enough space in the lab waiting room where a wheelchair and service dog could sit and wait and not be in the middle of the aisle; I did not see the main waiting area so cannot comment on how wheelchair-friendly that area was.I only saw three accessible parking spots, but there might have been more elsewhere. The curbcut was in a weird spot, not at the curb by the access aisle like you commonly see, but at least there was a curb cut. The accessible parking was technically the closest parking to the front door, but I wouldn't say it was very close to the door...I had to go up a sidewalk, then left and go down another sidewalk around some plants and grass and then under the covered drop off area to get to the doors. Doable for me, but I was still surprised at how far I had to go to get from the accessible parking into the building.I didn't see the bathrooms at the clinic, but the halls were wide, the entry way and waiting area at the reception desks was spacious, and there was no place where I felt like I was in the way or crowding people, since a wheelchair and service dog take up more room than your average person off the street.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HIPPA VIOLATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been seen at this clinic as well as my children for a couple of years now, unfortunately I will never be returning. These people lost not only mine, but my two minor childrens' medical records and DID NOT notify me of this "mishandling" until I MADE AN APPOINTMENT, to get an update on my medical records. (Shame on them) They are still not found to this day and I would just be SO CAREFUL with this clinic as they clearly do not take proper protocols with HIPPA. So unfortunate, and so money hungry that I wasn't even given notice unless I made an appointment. Disappointing and disturbing.
