I absolutely hate that my company uses Paychex!The website is the worst platform I have ever had the misfortune of using. It is constantly glitching, making me have to re submit payrolls. I have reported this issue to the company at least 4 or 5 times over the last year and a half and it still happens frequently.I have wasted so much of my time troubleshooting its ridiculous.If you have a choice, I would suggest going with literally any other company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will spend your time policing and babysitting your representatives. They have paid terminated employees, they have randomly switched pay days. My employees are mad and so am I. I am actively looking for another third party payer. Awful.

I have used Paychex for years, yes, my company has always had problems with them. Everything from billing my account wrong, to not running my payroll on time or at all, to sitting on the phone to speak with my Rep and not getting in touch with anyone. However, I'm on my last nerve with them. I sent an email to my Rep on Monday January 8 to have them add health care to box 14 of my W-2. He emailed me back saying it will cost me $200 plus fees and penalties to have this added, apparently, I had until January 5 but I was not informed that there was a deadline. I can no longer give this company the benefit of the doubt. I will find a new payroll company that will do the job they are paid to do. I will never refer this company to anyone and if you are thinking of using this Company DO NOT, run away and don't look back.Update: Now I'm being charged another $150 to amend my return. I was charged over $200 to amend my W-2 and $150 to amend my return. This Company is a scam.Another Update: I changed my review to 5 stars because Debra & Victory reached out and resolved the issue. I am very happy with the results and grateful that they helped me. Thank you!!

This is the most disgusting and insulting customer service I have ever received in 50 years in business. Took Federal taxes from my account over 7 years ago, and never sent to IRS. Used them to pad profits. Only learned about it a year ago when IRS demanded we pay them $55k plus penalties and interest. Also being sued. At my request NY Attorney Generals office has opened a fraud investigation for them. If you feel you've been financially hurt by them, please contact them. Will determine the potential for class action status. Since they used my funds to artificially increase profits, I'm also asking both the IRS and SEC to open an investigation, to determine how prevalent this is and to take appropriate action. This unethical and unprofessional behavior cannot be allowed to continue. Join me in doing whatever is necessary to hold them accountable for all the damage they cause their clients!!

Possibly the worst payroll experience we have had ever. We decided to use them instead of ADP. Mistaken by the onboarding and promises. After our initial implementation, we have not had one successful payroll processed correctly. We have cancelled with them only using them for three months. Kept taking money out of the account even after we terminated our contract with them. Never tired to make anything right with us and never will recommend them to anyone. From the sales person to the account specialist to anyone, all terrible service and terrible experience.

This place is absolutely terrible! Nothing but problems and I can’t get ahold of anyone. Sit on hold for an hour 4 different times and it eventually hangs up on you.

Paychex is the worst payroll company in the country. First they messed up our monthly tax payments to WI after I sent an email to confirm they were processing them correctly. This took 5 months to correct once someone finally got back to us. I have had 8 reps in the last 4 months because they cannot keep an employee because it is such a horrible company to work for. They processed our payroll twice in the same week withdrawing money from our account. I sent them an email notifying them of the error they then charged us $90.00 to correct their error. Now they are charging us for online payroll and we cannot process online as they have removed the service we are paying for. Do yourself a favor and use another company. I would give them a zero if it were possible. DON'T USE PAYCHEX................

I would give Paychex negative stars if that were an option. Deciding to join their PEO was one of the worst business decisions I have ever made; I don't know how this company is even in business. They have failed multiple times to get us enrolled in our healthcare plan, sales was misleading in their pitch regarding services they could offer, they completely botched our initial healthcare enrollment, they have terrible internal coordination, they have cost me and my company tens of thousands of dollars in lost time and potentially even attrition due to employee concerns about the PEO conversion. On top of that their commission on healthcare coverage is atrocious considering they can't even get us enrolled. I share this publicly hoping I can help other small business owners avoid this company. Don't make the same mistake I did!

This company is a scam, they insured me that workman’s comp wouldn’t be an issue. Within 2 months my comp was canceled. They also didn’t send in any unemployment which caused me to be have to pay interest and after I told them to cancel my service they charged me for 3 months of payroll when nothing was reported. Do not make the mistake of using this service theyre no better than the t-shirt bots on Facebook

A terrible company. Cannot even process annual benefit elections. Systems are always down for benefit members and their own internal employees. The enrolment system to select benefits has been down most of each day during business hours.They don't know what withholding options for HSA exist. The send you to outside companies that receive the funds and than withhold the funds.

This place literally deserves 0 stars. Paychecks are continuously late and they do not pick up the phone. They repeatedly make mistakes on every single payroll and it takes forever to fix, if fixed at all. I don’t know what this company’s issue is, but I definitely don’t recommend.

Horrible experience. User interface is old, timecards are a mess and not easily fixed. I set all of my 401k investment preferences and received an email notifying me of the completed changes. A month later I look and all of the investments had been changed without a single notification. Would recommend going any other route for your yourself or company.

We have had nothing but problems and multiple mistakes. I have called several times and asked to speak to a manager. Everytime I call they tell me that they will have someone call and no one calls. The customer service is horrible!! They have messed up our Retirement accounts and I can't get ANYONE to help me fix it!!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY FOR PAYROLL!!!

Do not use this company nor it's services. You are doing yourself, your payroll/HR team, and your employees a disservice.3 emails to 3 Paychex/Oasis contacts (including a manager) over the course of 2 full months attempting to resolve an inquiry and complete paperwork for a reimbursement. It's still unresolved and I haven't been acknowledged since mid December by 1 of the 3 contacts (and it wasn't even the management checking in to help resolve).To reiterate. Do not use Paychex nor Oasis.

We have had nothing but issues since starting with PayChex. Almost every single payroll had some type of error. Between not getting paid for PTO, wrong hours, and sometimes not getting paid at all, we have finally had enough. Customer service is horrible and often we get transferred to dead phone lines. We have had no less than 4 different "Payroll Specialists" that communicate the bare minimum. We also are solicited often to use other services, why would we trust you to do more services when we can't even trust you to do our payroll correctly??If I could give zero stars I could.
