Recently had an incident where the store manager Kris verbally attacked me while I was sitting in my car minding my own business. She yelled and cursed at me while getting in my face. I’m still waiting to get an updated on how corporate wants to deal with this situation but until then I will keep this review up and escalating this issue on social media and other avenues I see fit. Once there is a resolution, then I will come back and update, edit or remove this review.

We love this location for the cats, and other animals that all seem very well taken care of at this location. We come out of necessity for toys, food, and treats, but thoroughly enjoy checking out the adoptable animals here, also. It's a very clean location, with product selection and pricing. We're geographically closer to PetCo, but we usually come here because of all of the small animals + cats.

The cashier who helped me was very rude and racist, and besides everything, I almost fell because it was wet with dog urine, but the point is that the cashier threw away the money and what I bought at me... the cashier is a lady with short blonde hair who is a bit robust... what a bad experience we had with my children in this place. I am beyond angry with my experience here. I returned something over a month and a half ago, and I still haven’t received a refund. I have contacted several people and still no luck.

I purchased an item for my cats and there was no direction on how it should be. It was a loose fit and the cats had it apart. So maybe an hour later I exchanged it. The cats love it so I'll rig it to meet the needs for them. I was charged. .87 cents to exchange it, same item. Bye bye petsmart

Wished I could’ve read the reviews about the grooming before bringing my dog here. Had a groomer that was 10 minutes late and didn’t do anything except wash my dog. She was supposed to cut her nails, dry her, and brush her. She told me it would take about 2-3 hours. Called me an hour and a half later to say she finished because my dog was too scared of the drying vacuum and she couldn’t cut her nails and was done. I’ve never had a groomer not dry my dog before. So unprofessional of her. Oh well, won’t be coming back to this PetSmart again. Thanks for a horrible first impression and experience. ☹️

It's ok. Usually cleanish. I never get horrible or super good service. They're just ok. With Petco falling apart in Eagan, I'm coming here more often.
