We used Piepho for a cross country move from MN to FL. They were very professional with us, and careful with our possessions. When they arrived, they neatly placed everything into our storage unit. During the trip, the driver(s) kept excellent communication regarding timing of arrival. I highly recommend the company.

Desiree provided a detailed & accurate quote within 30 minutes. Janet kept me fully informed the whole time. Oleg & Lomas packed my entire life, including hundreds of pieces of pottery w/ delicate details, w/ such care that not one thing was broken. Noah, Casey & Irving loaded my belongings so that they traveled 1400 miles without any damage. Special call out to Noah- team lead & driver- who had to transfer my entire move to a smaller truck to navigate my community- and still not one thing was broken or missing. And finally, the team who unloaded & unpacked, were hard working & efficient. 5 stars. I would recommend Piepho to everyone.

We hired Piepho to pack & move from one apartment to another, 1.5 miles apart. 3 men arrived at 9am. We stayed out of their way as they made trips from the 2nd floor apartment to the truck. At 3pm, they drove away unannounced. They left some drawers & cabinets unemptied. The window AC, microwave, crock pot, air fryer, food items & miscellaneous things weren't moved. Janet, the move coordinator, blamed us for not doing a walk through. The crew left without informing us. Perhaps we should have chased them to come back. We've used Piepho twice in 2 years. They charge too much for subpar work.

A great experience for moving across country! The communication was amazing along with the attention to detail. Desiree came out and did a complete inventory and when I made changes, she rolled with it. Janet kept me on track, which I appreciated, and Ron, our driver, made sure our personal possessions arrived safely with no damage. I highly recommend Piepho Moving, an agent for Allied for any long distance move!

They were amazing, they worked with us firm day one... They came and did the tour told us how much it would cost... the price never changed. We were moving from MN to TX and everyone in the team was amazing..The movers packed the boxes no problems and unpacked the boxes no problems.. I would recommend them on my next move...

Piepho Moving & Storage packed my home goods and my storage container items one day and delivered and unpacked everything the following day after home closure was complete. The guys doing the work were courtesy and took care of my property using packing blankets to keep things from breaking. They were very helpful, respectful and responsive. It made my move go very smoothly!

I am so grateful to have found Piepho Moving! From the initial sales visit through the completion of the move and finally following up after we were settled, I could not have asked for a better moving experience. Even when we had to change the packing date because our new home wasn't ready, we were able to work with a real person who worked with us to revise the schedule. The packing team was excellent - efficient, pleasant, and careful. The unpacking went off without any problems - and everything we packed made it - nicks, breaks or mishaps. Wile I hope not to move again, if I need to, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Piepho.
