I have a great experience, choosing a choose for my lower back pain. I have a couple of issues buying the right one for me. Because, I’m Spanish speaker But, This Time Was Different because kb bryan helping me choosing a nice one for my lower back pain. A nice and soft shoe soel. Now i can stand more hours working without pain. Thank you so much KB bryan for provide this cultural and linguistic service in spanish.

A couple months ago I was vacationing here with my 6 year old son and I absolutely love this store. Never been to a puma even in Nebraska a let me tell you I never get greeted the way they greeted me when I first walked in! I was guided to the sale that was going on and I got my son a pair of shoes that still fit, super stretchy and he absolutely loves! Also I met the gm Roxy with a personality like no other, amazing people that work there and very friendly compared to other places we stopped by in Minnesota. I can’t wait to stop here again to see what kind a great deals I can find and just to see them!

Came in the other day to find a pair of shoes, ended up with 2 pairs! AND a hoodie, 2 t-shirts, and a package of socks. Roxy and KB are Rock stars!

This msg to Mgmnt; Cassandra is an awesome hard worker. I want you to know she made sure I was please and satisfied when I left the store. Usually when folks go in the back to look for anything they comes back milli seconds & say they can not find the item you need Uh uh not Cassandra she came back several times, she was so patience and reassuring to get me the shoes I want she look 2x. Because one the shoe was small I wish she would have gave me her number along with the amazing service. Oh well next time perhaps. 🙂 lol KUDOS

I went to the store to exchange a pants M to L , this cashier I didnt look at her tag name or remember her name but I know her face , there’s was only one large pants , she acted Nice but instead of exchanging the pants , she scanned the medium pants again and kept the large pants on the other of the counter, she wanted to give it to the white lady that she was next to me. She said that the register acted weird, she told me with giggle I don’t know why its acting like this today, and other lady was smiling at me. When I got home , and I checked the bag it was medium. I drove almost 30 minutes there and I am leaving US in Wednesday morning and I don’t have new pants for my autistic kid.
She should be fired because she doesn’t treat customers fairly.
I am so upset , I hoped that the owner of the store or the manager would do something. I will return the pants after I come back home from my trip.

Selection for size 13 shoe is sparse. No black leather with classic sole available. This is mostly Puma's fault and not the store. Workers were shooting baskets with paper near me and and taking up seating areas with customers in the store.
