Wow!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. I typically do my own nails, and so I’m picky about salons. I was searching for a salon to do my nails for my wedding, and after doing a trial at another (highly recommended) salon and having a bad experience, I was discouraged. I asked around and was recommended to Rosa Nails by someone who has been going to the salon for 7 years.
I called and spoke to Julie and explained what I was looking for (a quite tricky style). I arrived to my trial appointment and Julie had already tested out techniques for the style I had asked for!! This is above and beyond.
The experience at the salon was also great! My nails turned out absolutely beautiful. The environment is lively and fun, and I can’t wait to come back during my wedding week! Thank you, Julie!

Got introduced to this place from my friend and ever since I love how whoever is doing your nails they understand what design and shape you want. Definitely makes me happy to see the end results and they always last long like a month. ❤️

I didn't have an appointment for a pedicure however I called and they were able to get me in in less than 30 minutes. I turned the massage chair on right away and waited a little for the tech to come over. I was reading a book on my phone, and just wanted to relax. The tech didn't engage me in conversation, which I really appreciated as I was really just there to relax, read my book and enjoy the experience. I've had positive experiences at Rosa Nails before and today was no different. Toes look great and price was reasonable. Thank you!

I hate to leave negative reviews but I must warn certain groups and my experiences hasn't been good. I live close by so whenever I don't want to go elsewhere that I know is amazing.....I come here. First, they cater to Caucasian people and no one else and I can elaborate but it word be a 5 page essay. They charge you 2 dollar for using a credit card they charge you for everything. If they be like I can do a little design for you, you better ask how much but what really took the case was my last visit. I always ask for a Deluxe Pedicure because if you get a basic, they don't remove callous although I don't have much thankfully. Both big nails had 1/4 nail polish and they charged unless you get a gel polish which is an additional 15. It looks like the person who was doing it was new and the water was really cold to the point I had to tell her several times. It was just a mess and what really took the case was when she was trying to act like she didn't hear when I said Deluxe multiples times because I've been here before without the added 2 dollar fee for using a CC. Then another lady was like we can try but I would still be missing a good portion of the deluxe package and I was going to tip her real good but decided against it when I notice the attitude of management. If you're White, this is the place for you.....you'll get EXCEPTIONAL SERVICES......

I've been going here for 12 years! I don't work in the area anymore, but it's worth the drive out. They've gotten my nails ready for every big event and trip this past decade.

There was some miscommunication and I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes late. It was very clear when I got there Julie was not happy about this. She rushed me to pick and color and I ended up not liking it. She then yelled at me and said she did not have time to do my nails and refused to finish them. She then started on another woman’s nails and would not look at me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. I left with foil on one hand and nothing on the other. Unfortunately Rosa nails has lost mine, my sister, and mom’s business.

Today was my third time going to Rosa Nails, and I become more impressed each time I visit. Lisa did an excellent job on my stiletto nails. I’m obsessed.

This is by far the best place I have ever gone to get my nails done! My friend and I drive over 30 minutes just to go here! Always well done, always so kind, always helpful, and fun. I look forward to my time here every time I go. I always come with intricate design and they always deliver! If you’re looking for the perfect experience and for everyone to love love love your nails this is the place for sure!

This was my first time coming here and I enjoyed it very much... My nails were done by Kim and before booking I went and made sure they could do the specific design I asked for (due to previous experiences, they usually don't/cant).. they said yes so I booked my appointment. I also rescheduled and had no issues getting in the next day! The staff were all friendly and they made me feel comfortable. Kim was respectful and was silent when I was silent and spoke when I spoke. She was gentle which was very soothing haha! I'm posting the inspo pic because she nailed it!!
