Emma was fantastic! I reached out to her and she was able to get quotes together for auto, home and personal articles within hours - same day! The State Farm rates we have now are drastically lower than we were paying with another insurer for the same or better coverage! Glad we made the call!

Communication was a little lacking starting out and very frustrating but they really do care about their customers. I got a phone call following a previously lower star review and it was nice that they checked in.
