The entire time I dealt with this company I had nothing but issues. Issues with the equipment, the invoicing, and let’s just be frank, issues with Carrol… Worst customer service skills and just utterly rude! I don’t suggest anyone taking on LifeSafer of Safe Guard as a vendor for their ignition interlock needs…...

These guys are so friendly and helpful. Everyone I go in to get my calibration carol is there and we just talk. It’s like going to see a friend. If you need an ignition interlock go with this location I’ve had no bad experiences here the staff is great
