I found the optical department to be unhelpful and not willing to work with me. They actually refused to sell me a pair of prescription sunglasses. This place will no longer get my optical department business.

Horribleeeeeeeeeeee morning staff that helps with reserved pickup and bring out the items. Hispanic male no name, canât greet customers like humans, wouldnât do any thing. Didnât let me know he as there I said to him i didnât know u was standing behind my truck and he said oh well u see me now so!! So unprofessional! Walked away didnât say anything

Overall a nice Samâs locationâŚbut how long does it take for the bathroom sinks to accumulate this much buildup? Thatâs disgusting and shows that a good cleaning of the restrooms hasnât happened in months. If they were to stay on top of housekeeping, the rest of the store seems great.

I scheduled an appointment online to get new tires for my vehicle. When I arrived they said they were overbooked, they do not have any time available and I need to reschedule my appointment. I understand things happen. They told me they would not charge a disposal fee due to inconvenience. However, when I showed up for my rescheduled appointment, they did not have my name in the books, and there were no notes in their system about any of the things we discussed. I have now scheduled a THIRD appointment to get new tires on my vehicle. A snow storm is coming and I will be driving in it. I needed new tires a month ago! I cannot wait any longer. I will be going somewhere else.

Great place to buy anything tires installed batteries. 4.99 Chicken cooked perfect. Or Hot dog and Pop 1.50. Ice-cream Sundays, Pizza eat there or take home. Love the new checkout system.

My first (and last) experience at Samâs Club was a disaster. I bought one itemâa $20 shrimp platterâusing self-checkout. The machine didnât print a receipt, but I figured they would scan my card at the exit.
When I got to the door, they told me I needed a receipt and sent me back to the self-checkout clerk. She said she couldnât help me and directed me to customer service. I stood in line for 25 minutes holding a cold, dripping shrimp platter before finally getting my receipt.
The whole ordeal was ridiculous. The process was inefficient, and the staff offered no real assistance. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth (and not from the shrimp). Fix your system, Samâs Club. I wonât be coming back.

Can no longer call & order CAKESâźď¸ I do NOT do things on line because of just recently having my Sa.s credit card stolen. Stores definitely need to bring back CUSTOMER SERVICE âźď¸
