Absolutely awful experience. We purchased smartcore flooring from Lowe’s which is manufactured by Shaw. It was installed in August of 2020 and now 4 years later is peeling and coming apart in several spots. Reached out and started a warranty claim. The shaw representative that came out was so rude. They won’t stand behind the warranty because they claim the floor deviation was more than 3/16”. Would never recommend them to anyone. Find a company who stands behind their product instead of wasting thousands on a crap product and company.

Easy in and out drop and hook. Student had trouble backing up hill to the dock, but nothing too problematic

Super easy delivery. Drop and hook. Check in at the tan door by the docks. They will sign your bills and tell you which dock to put your trailer in. Grab an empty and off you go.

Know before hand which building you are going to , the address on Bill's is not necessarily the address that you deliver to the two facilities are approximately 30 miles apart
