Walked into the store ready to buy 3 buckets of paint however the guy and the lady at the register had to desire to help.. save your self the trip and go elsewhere.

They are the worst. Over the last few years I cannot tell you how many times I have called them only to be turned away. They don’t have it, they don’t mix it, they don’t have any other options, or they are too busy. Call the store on Town Center, they will actually help you.

The Blaine location is the best! My service rep Ted is the best. He came out to a job I was on to trouble shoot my sprayer. He checks in often and the Blaine employees are very knowledgeable.

I went to the Eagan location on a Wednesday thinking I had a coupon as I was going to be buying some expensive paint to paint my kitchen cabinets. The super nice sales associate told me that the coupon actually didn't start until Friday. I came back Friday and the sales associate was so nice and helped me get what I needed. She even helped answer some questions about why another paint project I did a few years ago with another brand might not have worked out. This was my first time buying paint for myself from a dedicated paint store and I will never go back to a big box store for paint! The staff was so friendly and helpful and the products are great. Oh, and I got to use my coupon! :)

Only one guy working, it was busy and he handled it like a boss. I forget his name but he's latino. Please give that guy a raise.
