I have been coming to this location for a few years as I can find anything and trying on shoes. The staff are friendly and helpful with a smile đ.
This store is my ultimate favorite place to shop!

Lots of styles though difficult to find sizes. Labor day weekend and there were only two employees in the whole store, one on floor and one at check out counter. Unfortunately no one to help and more than 25 mins wait to check out. You wonder why retail stores are going belly up? Quality of service is the only way to differentiate versus online retail.

My 83-year-old mom went to the Eagan outlets specifically to go to the Sketchers store. She uses a walker due to arthritis in her feet and was hoping to find a pair of Sketchers that she had worn in the past and really liked. She was asked by a young man, around 20-years-old if she needed help and she showed him a screen shot of the shoe on the Sketcherâs website and said it has a wide toe-bed which is good for arthritis. He said they donât have anything to do with the website and that he had never heard of such a thing. (A wide toe-bed is a very common thing guy.) There was more but it is too much to write. He was demeaning and rude to her and treated her very poorly refusing to look or help her. She asked if there was anyone else who could help or might know if they had them and he got another girl in the store. The girl came over kind of laughing and asked her what she needed. She said just about the same thing the young guy said and said, âIâm sorry, I guess we canât help you with a shoe or your arthritisâ in a rude & snarky tone. My mom went next door to New Balance and had a wonderful young man help her there! I guess she will be sticking with her Brooks and New Balance! Iâm very disappointed and saddened by the horrible treatment and experience she received at this store. :(

BEWARE!!! BAD REFUND POLICY- They say customers will be 100% satisfied but in reality they dont even care about the customer satisfaction. Zero starts for this store.
Had a very bad customer experience - My dad started having ankle pain after wearing one the bought shoes from this location. I went for a return as the shoe appeared defective and its been not even a week (couldn't go immediately as it was July 4th weekend) . I was rejected saying its used. Most of the new shoes inside the store have the same amount of dirt in the bottom of the shoe. So all the new shoes are used too?
How can one know shoe is not defective without using it? The person who attended had a very very bad attitude. Then manager was called in and manager said he can replace. There were no next size available and nothing to replace too. Left the place without refund nor replacement. Never will buy this brand anymore!
Puma store has very good customer experience which is right next to this store.. Please depend on other brands than this one for sure!!!

I live 3 hours away from this store and will always drive the 3 hours to have Josh help me. He has helped me for several years and knows what he is talking about. Will not buy shoes anywhere else but this Skechers location

I did not have a plesant customer service experience. I sat on this review 24hrs before submitting. But I want ppl to know not every customer was provided with exceptional care like how good reviews are.
I called the store 2x before driving out 50mins one way to Eagan. Nobody responded. It was mid day when I called. So I decided to go after I got off work.
I get there, not as busy, the staff lady did not even greet me as she walked by me as I entered the door. I had a online return hoping for an even exchange in sizes, was told I would be charged $14.99 in additional. She claims my online purchase is higher, and I only reduced it by using coupons. So I am now paying you for your store coupons I used online? It's ridiculous, buy online to bring to the store to lose the coupons to pay your store more money? I most likely lost the coupons saved at this point, by paying more.
The lady gave me cold body language at this point, I was very frustrated and embarrassed bc I was not getting help. She was only answering questions with yes/no responses. She treated me like I was such an invaluable customer, pointed to where I need to sign for my charge, while I was reading my receipt and felt hurried out the door.
Could they have answered their phones and saved my drive time to the store?
Could she have tell me beforehand that I would be charged 14.99 for price adjustment before all this happened? I mean she took my phone and sawy online receipt. She knew it was going to be an online exchange.
What's with this price differential online, in-person shopping anyway? I am saving you shipping money bc I'm here in person. If I was any more upset at that point, I would of taken my shoes back and called for a shipping label and made more work for your company to send out another pair of shoes. But instead of even exchange, the customer gets charged. Next time, I know. Ship it back the same way I got it. Common sense gets lost. Just frustrating! ?
Most likely will never go back again.
