0/10 Chris is the worst “boss” you could probably ever have. He yells at cleaning staff who speak little to no English. Doesn’t help unloading the mail. The training is non existent and rather that have someone switch a trainer if they aren’t progressing as they’d like they just fire you at will. All for a measly 15 dollars an hour. This company has the worst attendance policy I’ve ever heard of and it’s poorly managed. There’s been plenty of racism allegations from Chris and yet HR does nothing. Do not work here. Do not give them your business. It will be a huge mistake. You will regret it greatly

One of the best and fulfilling jobs I've ever had. The company nurtures hard workers and the people who are looking and wanting to grow within the organization. Changes have been made and are continuing to be made every day to help fulfill the needs and wants of all their employees and to make smart data a great place to work and grow!

This is awful place to work. NO training program and the workers a rude. I can't believe I lasted as long as I did. DO NOT WORK HERE!!! Cub Foods would be better. I wish I could NOT leave a star at all!!!
