I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years. I always get great service when I go into their stores including this one in Eagan. They are very patient with me. I'm not a technically minded person, including when it comes to smartphones, I appreciate their patient assistance.

Switch from AT&T to T-Mobile at this store. Will never trust them again, was hit with an additional $70 charge “mid cycle change” and the only “change” I made was porting over my number from AT&T. I’m inclined to believe they did something intentionally wrong to maximize their commission.T-Mobile phone reps have been less than helpful as well saying I did these things…. Honestly don’t know if I will stick with them given this experience.

I had a pretty tough issue with my bill over a lost Internet box. No worries, Walter at this store straightened everything out. Walter and the rest of the staff here are TERRIFIC!!

Husband needed to upgrade his phone, so he did. Lo and behold google released new pixel phone so he waited til he could go in store for buyers remores because it's the same price as the phone he's paying. They won't charge ge it out. They sent us to the phones to call for help at the tmobile customer service... whom said that the manager at the store would have to do it. So neither of the managers will help with the situation. No one will help. Been loyal customer for years and they still don't even try to help. I'm fed up with the games. No one knew google was releasing a phone so this is ridiculous. Why make the new phone the same price as the phone we are paying for? Won't even try to help by having communication with the tmobile service. They placed it all on the customer. We shall see how long I stay with tmobile. Even though I've been with tmobile for almost a decade.

Great service, and helpful team. Jason got me switched over from Xfinity Mobile to T-Mobile and set me up with the new iPhone 15. Early mornings are the best time to go to this location. If you're switching from Xfinity Mobile make sure you use the zip code that you signed up for your Xfinity Mobile account with.

Jason was awesome! It was my first time actually going into the store to upgrade my phone. He was so helpful making suggestions and helping me find a case for my new phone. After two weeks, I am still loving my iPhone 14, and I’m very pleased with the suggestions Jason made! Definitely would recommend! 10/10!

My experience in the handful of times I have walked into the store has never been positive. The employees that I have had the displeasure of speaking with or having to deal with have been less than helpful, often times they don’t even get out of their chairs before they redirect you out the door to the competitor or a different store. There is one particular young woman there who has got probably the worst attitude and she completely lacks customer service skills. I often times will drive to other stores, even if I happen to be just down the road from this one. If all stores were like this, I would leave T-mobile altogether.

Less than helpful the few times I have gone into this store. They pawn you off to competitors vs assisting and providing customer service. This has been a handful of different reps and the same across the board. Every interaction has left me wondering if they are able to do anything or suggest something within the T-Mobile family for assistance or if the only things they are qualified to do is say I don't know, we do t do that or maybe so and so can help with that. Very disappointed!
