Horrible experience at Eagan Steve Madden store. Drove an hour to do a exchange and return at Eagan Steve Madden for online shoe purchase. Order receipt said convenient returns at Eagan store which is false. Salesperson struggled. Attempted multiple times and couldn’t figure it out. Was less than helpful. Now I have to pay to ship it. Extremely disappointed and will not shop Steve Madden site again.

Amazing discounts!! Can’t believe I paid $15 and $18 for shoes that I saw in the past online for $80-$100 thanks to the additional discounts for this weekend. I agree that staff members stay next to the register but I figure out that they prefer having the customers coming to them if they need help. Also not all the shoes are on the floor (if they are on display and you can’t find them, ask) they might be in the back. Associates working 06/10 and 06/11 were very gentle , kind and willing to help. The associate that was by herself on the 06/10 you did great!!Ask about return policy before checking out if you are not 100% confident about your purchase.

Don’t go into this location expecting great customer service. What will happen is one store associate will be going around helping guest while the other three will be up by the registers talking, touching their phones and drinking Starbucks ?

I bought this pair of shoes, wore them once for no more than 2 hours and got blisters. I buy a lot of Steve Madden shoes and have always found them comfortable. I couldn't tell you the last time I had a blister from any shoe. I took them back to the store and they refused to return them. I'm not sure if the outlet makes cheaper shoes, but this is only the 2nd pair I've bought at the outlet. The 1st were a pair of high heel boots that I loved....until the heel broke off of one of them. I had the receipt for them and they would take those back either. I will never buy another pair of Steve Madden shoes....from the outlet or regular retail store.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but if I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. My friend and I went in to the store and bought a pair of shoes that were buy one get one 50% off. The salesperson told us she could split the transaction and that we could pay with separate cards. I was unsure about buying them but figured it was a good deal, so I went ahead and purchased them with my friend so we could both get the deal figuring if it didn’t work out I could always return. My pair of shoes didn’t end up working out so I went into the store to return them. The two saleswomen working behind the counter didn’t tell me that I would only get part of the money I paid refunded and that I would have to tell my friend to give me the additional amount that I paid because now she had to pay full price for her shoes since Steve Madden refunded my pair of shoes as the 50% off pair. At no point was this made clear to either of us before purchasing the pairs together and was not explained to me until after they had already refunded it without my knowledge and also very poorly explained to me when I asked why I didn’t get the full amount refunded. It was explained as “you got the 50% rewards so you ended up paying for part of your friend’s shoes so she owes you the rest of the amount you paid so you have to ask her for the rest of the refund.” In addition, they had completed the transaction prior to telling me any of this information and neglected to ask if I still wanted to go through with the return knowing that I wouldn’t get the full amount back. To top things off, because they didn’t verify my card number and verify that I still wanted to return with all the given information, they refunded the partial amount to the wrong card (my friends card instead of mine) so I was told I have to go request the full amount from my friend and explain everything to her because there was nothing they could do to reverse it. Normally, I love Steve Madden products and I only ever order online. This was my first experience buying in store and I was thoroughly disappointed.
