The most negative experience I have ever encountered from an employee. Perhaps it was a bad day, but they were downright rude and unapologetic, not only in their interaction with me, but the other customers before me as well.

It's literally always locked and says that whoever is working is on break every time I go there. We just moved here and every time I go there, which is often, the door is locked and there's a sign that says break. Just go somewhere else and save the hassle.

While there is no mute button for the pumps here, pressing the "Help" button DOES mute the pump you are standing at. However, there's still all the other pumps that produce a cacophony of noise and nobody actually responds when you do press the "Help" key.

If I could give 0 I would. This car wash damaged my exterior trim window and it wasn't damaged before going into the wash. I sent pics to customer service and filed a claim. They denied my claim eith one of the reasons I didn't go inside right away to show them. I didn't notice it until the next morning though and the general manager I talked too seemed she could have cared less to begin with. To do the right thing in the world is the smallest thing someone could ask for, specially in times we live in today. Stay away from this car wash and only do touch less washes!!!

Terrible service. I actually had to call corporate on the manager today and from the reviews I can see I’m not the only one. More people should call on them also he shouldn’t be a manager of anything. No service just rude for no reason. Really bad for business.

Paid with a credit card (not at the pump, unless the pump failed to ask if I wanted one) and did not receive a receipt without asking. Automatic 1 star deduction each time, and it takes 5 consecutive times receiving a receipt without asking (again, exclusive of pay at the pump, unless the pump failed to ask if I wanted one) to gain back 1 star. Currently 0 visits since last star deduction.

Please change your hours on google, it states 24 hours but you clearly are not open 24 hours. A wasted detour. Your bathroom wasn't open, but the bush was.

This store is not 24 hours and I’m tired of stores saying this when people are hungry and need to buy items. This is very annoying thumbs down.
