**Edited to say that after my initial review I was contacted by Tony at Superior Auto. He took the time to ask questions, look into the business records, speak to employees that handled my vehicle, and request all the information so he could fully understand what went wrong with my visit. He was proactive, helpful, and immediately offered several solutions. He reimbursed my visit, offered to have the car re-examined and was extremely kind and effective in working through this. I appreciated the response and his great demeanor, so I have changed my review rating.** Please go anywhere but superior for your car repairs! Honestly, it was a bad experience and they're even more untrustworthy than dealerships. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and to look into an acceleration issue I was having. When I got the call with the estimate from Chris, I was told I needed a new timing chain, that it was urgent and that it would be $5000. When I asked questions Chris was shifty and had very little details, and when I pressed for more answers he said if I didn't do it it wouldn't be drivable and that he does these "once a week with my kind of car". I felt very uneasy with him, didn't believe him, picked up my car (after paying $300 for the oil change, rotation and engine diagnostic which told them nothing) and brought it to the Honda dealer. The dealership ran a new diagnostic (for less money than superior charged me) and found the real issue. There's NOTHING wrong with my timing chain. There was a tear in an engine air tube that was causing the weakness, a $300 repair vs the $5000 superior wanted for a new chain. Superior just chose the easiest, most expensive thing to tell me without actually examining my car to see what was wrong. I sent an email to admin@superior and never received a response. They sent a text asking if I liked my service and when I said no and that I had complaints, there was no response. Really terrible service - and they didn't even fill up my tires with the correct amount of air. Who knows if they even rotated them?? I'll never go back. Don't trust them, and don't give them your money.

Highly recommend this shop. Staff was very helpful and was able to fix all my car problems on a timely manner. They have done a fantastic job, and vehicle runs and sounds smoothly like it did before.

I brought my car in today and Eric was amazing to work with. He broke the process down for me step by step and answered all of my questions. He really eased my mind as I was quite anxious coming into this situation. I felt very comfortable turning my car keys over to him, which is not something I do easily. After I worked with him, I did not want to take my car anywhere else. Thank you!

I just had a wonderful experience with Superior Collision and would definitely recommend to anyone! Matt went above and beyond to communicate with me about the repairs and the process, they were very thorough and prompt, and I got my Honda Odyssey back looking brand new! Thank you, Superior Team, you made this experience so much better!

UPDATE:Tony called and left message same day. He also sent a check for a full refund for the oil change. I do think he perhaps was hard on the guys at the shop who had nothing to do with the design/copy etc of the coupons. Tony handled this very well as an owner should but many don't.They mail out coupons (with no expiration dates) for full synthetic oil changes at $29.97 to get you in the door then tell you it's $10.00 more. What a scam. False advertising is against the law.

These guys used to be honest but they straight up lied about several repairs that our cars needed immediately. We got a second opinion since they were saying it would cost about 5000 dollars for the repairs and it turns out no repairs were needed. That was 8 months ago and our cars are still running beautifully.I would recommend you take your business elsewhere. These guys are just looking to get money out of you.

Superior went above and beyond when I needed auto body work done. From working directly with my insurance, to providing a rental car, and taking care of the car inside out all without me needing to lift a finger. I've found my new go-to auto repair place.

Went for oil change, took out my air filter, said it needed to be replaced, ok fine, but already pulled the old one, why charge $30 labor to install new one, probably 30 seconds. No other shop that I know of charges labor to put in an air filter. Air filter ended up costing me $60. Also quoted me $360 For a new battery, honest 1 did it for $225.

We had a hit and run on our SUV that Superior took excellent care of. Cole was a fierce advocate for us, especially because our insurance was uncooperative and was delaying the process of repair. Once Cole took care of the insurance issue, the turnaround time on delivery was impeccable. Our car looks as good as new and we felt very confident that Cole was taking charge of our repairs and insurance issues. Would highly recommend this place for their professionalism and quality of work.

Will always use these guys for my vehicle needs! Have been seeing them for several years and have always been the best prices, most honest place I’ve worked with! Michael at the front desk has always been amazing! SO happy he stuck around during the buyout of “All Imports”! Do whatever yall can to keep him around!
