Visited with my wife on a weekday. Collection is good. But, staff is rude. Store hours on google and entry door says 7PM. So, we thought the same. At around 5:55 PM, staff lady came to us and told that they are closing early at 6 PM. She could have told that when we entered the store. Worst part is she came to me 5 times within next 2 minutes asking us to come to billing ASAP.
She did not care about store or people. She just wanted to close store and leave ASAP. Which is ok. But, she could have given headsup that store is closing early when people enter. Not 5 minutes before closing.

I walked to the cash register to purchase some clothes and the employee just stood there doing nothing and stared at me. I actually had to walk across the store and ask her if she could sell these clothes to me. She acted insulted that she would have to be interrupted from doing absolutely nothing and wait on a customer. I have never experienced such an attitude in my entire life!!!

If I could give the store a zero I would. Apparently they really don't want to sell you clothes.I went into the store about 30 minutes before they closed. I took about 5 minutes making selections and when I requested to try them on, I was told that the fitting rooms had just closed.Mind you she, seen there was only one person working, didn't say anything to me when I came into the store or as I was shopping items. There where no other customers in the store, she didn't offer any help as I was selecting items, the store seem to be in order and not a mess, and the staff person simply stood behind the counter not doing any work that I could see.I told her it would likely take me 5 minutes to try on the clothes (well before the store was scheduled to close) and I would likely spend over $100, but I wasn't going to purchase anything without trying them on. She suggested I should purchase them and return the items I didn't want.She was rude and condescending. I've never had an experience like this at any retail store. Most stores are in the business of making money, but she was obviously more concerned with leaving her job at the earliest possible time. If I were her manager, I would invite her to leave permanently, because she's costing the store sales and customers. I will not shop there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went into the store 20 minutes before closing and as soon as we walked in the associate informed us the fitting rooms were closed. It wasn't welcoming and we left to come back the next day since we were here for a girl's weekend shopping trip and could come back. The next day it was a similar experience. The same associate was working and was still snobby. The person manning the waiting rooms was snippy. When I told her my name she even acted like it wasn't good enough to be in the store. We left because we clearly were not valued. Clothes were cute but we decided to spend our money elsewhere.

Quite possibly the rudest sales associates I have ever seen in a store. They lost my business based on the three sales associates.

I used to love this store but have been very disappointed with it lately. I have attempted to visit 5 times in the last 3 months and on 4 of those visits there was a sign on the door saying they closed early or were closed for the day and they were sorry for the inconvenience (these were normal days, not holidays). The fitting rooms close 15 minutes before the store closes, no exceptions, because it takes them an hour to close the store. Employee told me I needed to ask for assistance to get a shirt from a stack of shirts because she was tired of refolding things. They do not update the hours on their phone system if their hours are changed. Some of the clothes are from 1-2 years ago and are items that did not sell at regular stores instead of items made for the outlet like they used to carry. Selection is very limited for plus size. Not sure if it's worth the trip any more.
