Very friendly customer service and great shoes selection. And if they don’t have the shoes you want, they’re not hesitant to help you find it somewhere else. Such kind people. And I love the basketball hoop lol might go back just to shoot ball again!

I recently purchased a pair of Nike Dunk Low 75th Anniversary shoes. I was extremely excited , I’ve done business with The Sneaker Plug LLC multiple times in the past. I’ve always been extremely happy and satisfied with the product. However this experience has been nothing short of a extreme migraine. First off I paid 282.00 , which is well above what they sale for everywhere else, second I purchased them on June 17 2023 it’s currently June 20th 2023 I can’t for the life of me figure out of the stitching on the tongue of the shoe is coming apart. I reached out to the store to explain what was happening. The response I received was nothing short of mind blowing , they refused to take them back and in return offered a 40 percent discount on another pair. Unprofessional, unacceptable, and not how you do business when a customer is spending that amount of money I recommend I’m not shopping at all. I just want to save somebody the headache and money.
