This is a great story you can get some really good sale items. Some of their sale items can be somewhat confusing at times, but if you could sort it out, you can get some very good deals. The store is impeccably clean and the staff is always friendly and willing to help.

I went in last Friday, and as I was checking out, this associate (not the one who rang me up) was trying to answer my question with a small talk, but what she was answering was irrelevant to the conversation and somehow felt inappropriate (she said: yeah that cardigan is expensive right now.) Besides that moment, the experience was great, but what she said just diminish the whole experience. Do not try to do small talk if you do not know how.

On Black Friday sale, I asked for an associate to help me. I really want to buy this Coat that I've been looking for, but it was defected. She's not even put any effort to help me and just said "Oh we don't have anymore stock at the back" and l've been waiting for 20 minutes and got lucky to get help from Linda "I asked her and she look at the defected coat and she said "I think we have a a lot of stock of this Coat at the back" She just took 5 minutes to help me. I'm so frustrated with that associate because she's not really do anything and not even put any effort to help customer. And to wonderful Linda, I really appreciate your help! ?

It’s annoying going to a store and online it has it closes at 8 and u come at 7 and they door says they close at 6 change your hours

It's really sad how pathetic Tommy Hilfiger's styles have become since covid. I have bought Hilfiger for over 15 years and they used to be colorful, great style, some of the better polos you could buy! They've become blah since then and I can't believe they haven't made a comeback yet. They have lost so much business from me. It makes me sad!
