I lost my old device and Kordell managed to get my number transferred and access to ALL my accounts! Took a bit of trial and error, but he made it easy and stayed late to get me sorted out. Amazing service and kind gentleman. This location is the one you want to go to for account issues!

Hashem and his technician Ian replaced my 2019 iPad Pro (vintage) battery when The Apple Store would not. So I am personally thanking both of those gentlemen at Total Wireless for saving me lots of money from buying a new one. As I refuse to buy a new one, when my vintage still looks and functions like new.

Do not trust these guys with your phone they originally told me my phone was gonna be $100 to repair and it ended up being $152 and also when they were repairing my screen, they said my camera was broken to squeeze some extra money out of me, and after I got my phone back, I looked at my camera and it appeared to be fine. So the reason I paid 150 was because I didn’t realize my iPhone it was an iPhone 12 not an 11 However, they came out and said it was an iPhone 13 to squeeze some extra money out of me however I knew that it was not an iPhone 13 I knew it was either an 11 or a 12 And being Phone Guys, I think that you would know the difference between an iPhone 12 and an iPhone 13. And down below, I posted two photos of my two different cameras And they both appeared just Fine.

I had brought in my PS5 for an HDMI repair the employee Kordell who helped me was very quick, awesome, and respectful and got it done within an hour and a half with 0 problems whatsoever while other stores take up to a week and the pricing was really good especially compared to every other repair place I cannot recommend this place enough thanks a lot guys!!

Kordell and Hashem are incredible at getting people in and out in no time at all. Amazingly helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Kordell was an amazing help! Got our data transferred over from our iPhone 8 to a brand new iPhone 14 with no issues and in record time.
