Customer service is a 0. Not helpful and we got stuck while in the car wash and called and went to voicemail. Had to come and manually wash it ourselves. We went back around because it only but soap on the car but didn’t rinse or blow dry it. Then when we went around it said out of service. No ones picking up the phone when you called customer service We have a 2026 Tesla Y model and thought this would be the best place to wash it! Do not come here, don’t waste your time or money.

went to the wash (one i pay $34 monthly) and entered the touch free bay where only a little bit of soap was dropped onto my car then the wash opened and said the wash had been completed. you won’t be receiving my business anymore 👍

Very poor car wash. Went to bay 2 and put my credit card through and began washing my car. When wanting to stop at around 8 dollars the machine would not. It ran it up to 15 dollars and then stopped. I texted the owner who stated I would have a refund and have not seen that yet from a few days ago. I would recommend going elsewhere unless you like paying more for a credit card machine that doesn't work.

Used to be a great car wash when it was coin operated. Now way overpriced and have been ripped off by vacuums that don't work and fall apart when they do. They barely suck anything when they do work. It's a shame.

Went to two of the vacuums - both didn’t have ANY suction and it charged me $2 each time. Wasted $4 and my time getting everything out of the truck. I couldn’t get the self service wash to shut off so that was $15 when it should have been $11

I don’t enjoy making complaints via a review and tried to save them face by an email. The owner/manager is very defensive and condescending. Reading their response to past customers confirms their poor character. They will not have my business again.

My first time using Town Centre Car Wash wasn’t a great experience. I went through the soft touch drive thru and it did not wash my car good. My windows had dirt/soap streaks left after it was done rinsing. In addition, the dryer doesn’t have enough power to dry and it left my car extremely wet. Never again will I use this carwash.

Decent, but a bit hit or miss. I don't utilize the self service area so I can't speak to that-- but the automated touch and touch-free washes sometimes do a great wash and we leave sparkly clean, but there have been times I have had to go through a second time to clear the bugs off in the summer or salt residue in the winter season. Maybe I'm too observant but sometimes in the 'touch' variation I notice a lot of bugs stuck to the spinning rubber cleaners that often times leave more bugs on my windshield than when I came in. I do like that it's usually a quick in and out and since it's a bit more hidden than some of the others, there's not usually a long way. Also love that the vacuums are able to be paid for using card and you don't have to dig for coins!

Many a times the wash is out of order or out of foam or stop midway etc. the vacuum was always out of order most of the time i have my plan on. The customer care was not at all help and rude sometimes if I insist to fix the problem. It not ok to tell customer the resolution that their technician will have look and when call again next week the same issue and same response. This happened 4-5 times. Not a satisfactory experience.

Horrible customer service, horrible wash job.
Left car dirty, soap not fully washed, dirt left over. Didn't let me have a refund. the owner is rude and unprofessional. He needs lessons in customer service.
