They were very busy but Anthony took the time to inspect the tire and was able to remove the nail and fortunately it hadn’t penetrated the tire to require repair. Anthony was very personable and there was no charger for his time. I was recommended to Fixt Rite by a long time friend and their many years of going there. I would definitely try them for future repairs due to this.”

“Been going to Zaks for about a couple of years now and my choice for them to do my service has only increased. They’re very knowledgeable and skillful mechanics. Above all they’re very pleasant to do business with and will go out of their way to help you. Recently my daughter’s Honda Passport had an interior water leak as a result of a plugged AC drip tube. “Amazing. Amazing service, amazing advice, very clean entryway, they even drove me home while my car was being looked at( they provide this awesome service)! Sent wonderful clear photos of what needed to be worked on, and the prices of each of them, and explained things very well. Even though it didn't work out (car needed a lot of extensive repairs and it was decided that it would need to be retired) I would definitely go to back Christian Brothers in the future. Wonderful to work with. ❤ It's a lovely place to bring your car to be fixed. They care ❤ and it shows!”

“Took my Odyssey to Hawkins for a timing belt and water pump service, with a few other small items. Nick was extremely professional and courteous, did a quick diagnostic on the car, and found an issue with a front ball joint and leaking axle. He provided an honest assessment of how critical each item was, and then proceeded to provide budgetary estimates for everything. After approving the items that were of most importance, Hawkins completed the work quickly (same day) and at a very reasonable cost. Overall I'm very happy to have found Hawkins and will they will now be my go-to mechanic.”
“Discovered a nail in my tire this morning. Did a quick search for shops near me and Parkway popped up. I stopped in and they said they could get me in that morning. They had me in and out in under 15 mins for a patch job on the tire and didn’t charge me a cent. Aside from quick service, all the staff were so friendly!”

Fortunately I called Kennedy Transmission in Apple Valley, talked to Blake and Carl, who got my car in the shop & installed OEM filters, fluid and gasket for a fair price, did fine work, doesn't leak a drop. If you have CVT or any transmission questions, give this place a call, they will help you out and know how to treat customers to maintain repeat business.”

“I brought my car in for brake and rotor maintenance about a week and a half ago. During that visit, I was informed that additional maintenance was needed, and I authorized the technician team to complete the work. However, about a week later, I began experiencing further issues with my brakes and rotors. I returned to have the technicians reassess the vehicle, at which point I was told that more maintenance was required. This was very frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of.
Fortunately, I had the opportunity to speak with Clint, the manager/owner. He listened attentively, validated my concerns, and worked with me to reach a fair compromise regarding the additional repairs. Clint’s professionalism, compassion, and willingness to resolve the issue made a significant difference. I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation and would highly recommend working with him.”
“We’ve used Flanery’s three times now. The first to listen to a noise and ultimately have an old heat plate taken off, the second to get rear brakes replaced and then today, to borrow a portable jump starter for my husband’s car. No charge to borrow it (not even a name/number/form- just trust!), no charge for the heat plate removal…they legit feel like neighborhood dads I call whenever one of our cars does something funny. They’ll help for free when they can and they did great work at a good price when we got the brakes done.

The whole team is great, but John, Clint, and Kyle in particular have always been very upfront regarding what's absolutely necessary to be fixed vs what should be fixed, what would be nice to fix, and what I should monitor. They take the time to explain the pros and cons, then let you make a decision without feeling any pressure. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else.”

“I had recently “rescued” a Lexus ls430 from Facebook marketplace. It was in bad shape all around but the cheapo tires the previous owner had installed absolutely murdered the cars signature smooth and quiet ride. I am very particular about who works on my cars, usually either opting to do it myself or hire a friend who works out of his garage that was a former Lexus master technician. When it came to getting new tires I really wanted to avoid any chain tire business as they will hire anyone that’s got enough fingers to hold an air gun, and wanted to avoid getting taxed out the wazoo by the stealership. I found these guys and they were able to order the tires I wanted and had them there the next day. I had scheduled an appointment but got a surprise day off and called to see if they could squeeze me in today instead. They said drop by any time and I was in and out in just over an hour. It had been exactly what I was looking for, good prices on tires, knowledgeable mechanics, and peace of mind that my money was actually going to help a small business owner and his family, and not to buy the Walmart ceos 4th mega yacht.
