“Absolutely 💯 recommend. They are extremely honest and trustworthy. Their integrity is far beyond any automotive repair shop I've ever experienced. I am never afraid or hesitant when my wife goes without me because I know that she is going to be treated with respect and never over charged for services not needed. They are honest about the issue and never pressure her with other things that are not important. I always think it's going to cost a lot more and am always wrong about my estimate. “George has taken care of more than ten cars of ours over the years. He treats teenagers with their first cars the same as he treats we more “experienced” drivers. He never upsells and always gives you the info you need to make a decision that works for your budget and timeframe. Yes, sometimes a repair costs a lot of money, but that’s not on him. He’s very competitive on pricing and he’s a good man. We’ll keep going to Master Automotive as long as we have cars.”
“I have trusted Hawkins for 10 years. As a former GM service technician and shop owner prior to leaving the industry, I am very particular about who services my vehicles. Between my wife and our kids we have had over a dozen cars in their shop through the years. I have never yet had a substandard repair or an unwarranted charge. I felt prompted to write this review while returning from Custer, SD in my 2013 Chevy 2500HD with 270,000 miles on it, towing a 6,000lb camper. “I brought my car in for brake and rotor maintenance about a week and a half ago. During that visit, I was informed that additional maintenance was needed, and I authorized the technician team to complete the work. However, about a week later, I began experiencing further issues with my brakes and rotors. I returned to have the technicians reassess the vehicle, at which point I was told that more maintenance was required. This was very frustrating and left me feeling taken advantage of.
Fortunately, I had the opportunity to speak with Clint, the manager/owner. He listened attentively, validated my concerns, and worked with me to reach a fair compromise regarding the additional repairs. Clint’s professionalism, compassion, and willingness to resolve the issue made a significant difference. I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation and would highly recommend working with him.”

“Quality Care Tire and Auto is an incredibly honest and reliable company! I have gone here for several things: oil change, tire rotation, needing work such as new battery, new tires, new spark plugs, etc. staff have always been honest when it comes to the work that needs to be done and they give honest pricing. My most recent visit, my muffler cracked and was dragging. They got my car in right away and assessed the issue. They gave me two prices, one that they could get done right away and another one if I could wait a few days, they could get a lower price. I appreciate how honest, reliable, and detailed Quality Care Tire and Auto is!

“Brought my tire in for a valve stem replacement. Got it done in a timely manner and seems to be holding air once again.
I backed up to the shop door (for loading) once I returned to the shop but I decided I was going to put the tire and rim back on right then and there. This due to storm clouds rolling in, in the middle of moving out of an apartment, preserve my spare tire, and simply to not have to move all things a few more times. To my surprise, a Technician came over with; not only a larger Jack, but an Impact Gun and Socket as well. He then proceeds to do the entire installation process for me. Only things these fine folks didn't do was; not charge me, nor drive the car home. All this without being asked. Very grateful, many thanks, and a tip of my hat to the Staff.”

“I pulled the transmission out my 03 GMC 2500HD and took it to Transmission Doctors (2 hour drive) to get repaired. It was well worth it. Jim was great keeping me informed.
