“We were on 494 when the check engine light came on and the vehicle began losing power. Limping it off the next exit to a side road, we were stuck on an entrance ramp to a major state highway. I called Superior and they quickly helped to arrange a tow truck. We expected to spend the night in a local hotel. But Zach did a great job and worked us into Superior's busy schedule. The repairs were made quickly and we were back on the road. Zach kept us informed on the progress and made sure everything checked out for us to finish our trip safely. While it was an unplanned visit to Superior, everyone was very pleasant and helpful which we greatly appreciated.”
