I have been coming to this nail salon for 5 years, and I never had any complaints until now. I went in for a pedicure and paid extra for the hot stone massage. The experience was awful from the start. I showed up on time and my appt start 10-15 min later. The technician filled the basin with cool water, not remotely warm. He nicked the skin and cuticle around my toes several times when removing my polish, which I flinched and said ow more than once and it kept happening. He trimmed my toenails far too short and he nicked my skin again while trimming. The leg massage was painful and the hot (not hot at all) stone portion lasted maaaaybe 3 minutes. I called and spoke with the manager/owner and she apologized for everything and asked if I'd like to come back. I said yes and requested the usual woman I go to. I then drove 35-40 minutes back there and was told I could only have a polish change. The manager told me she watched the camera from the day I was there and I was in the chair for 1 hour. Yes, I was in the chair for an hour but the pedicure did NOT start on time, and everything was incredibly rushed. I was the last appt of the day, but that shouldn't matter. I paid $92 for a pedicure that was not enjoyable in any way whatsoever, and I was under the impression they were going to make this right. Instead I was told they can't do a full pedicure again because that's not fair to them. Is it fair to ME, as the customer, to have paid almost $100 for a bad experience!?!? I will NEVER go back here again, and I will not be recommending my friends to go here like I used to. Incredibly disappointing on my every level!!!!!

Turbo nails is wonderful! Everyone is so nice, the salon is clean and both the pedicures and nails are amazing!! Ha does a wonderful job on my nails all the time!!!
