I had an appt for 10am today that I scheduled online (though never got a confirmation email). I get to the store and there's a sign that says they won't be able to open until 11:15am. I wasted some time and came back and I'm still waiting for someone to open the door at 11:30am. Two others have been waiting and left as well. Very frustrating. Update: 4 others have come and gone.

Embarrased to mention that I've required services on multiple occasions, but very happy to report that each experience has been phenomenal. I've work with Corey each time I have gone in and he has been incredibly professional, helpful, and prompt. While I hope I never have to return for a repair, I know that I will be in good hands if I do. Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone in need of a repair.

They were very helpful for diagnosing and getting to the bottom of a fix for my phone's connectivity issues. Fast and diligent about giving me updates on how long the software install would take. Will definitely go back for help with any future issues.

Make sure to bring cash for your repair or there is a markup for using cards. Quick repair for Android after BestBuy said they can't work on Androids anymore.

Poor customer service, at the Eagan store, replacing a battery promised to be done in 3 to 4 days, it took over a week, no calls about the delay. I called the uBreakiFix customer service at least 5 times they had very hard time understanding basic English
