Nice customer service very friendly to customer Danny and rhi I have never seen like this persons personally I feel very comfortable to talk with them and both of them have friendly nature. But the company cost is very high for a product you guys need the look at the prices except that price everything is excellent and super.

Went in to get my controller port fixed. They kept saying that it was a software issue. After I proved it was a port issue they admitted it probably is and I should go to micro center… micro center doesn’t do controller repairs. I would’ve been happy if they just told me they don’t do port repairs when I went in. Instead I had to wait to be referred to a place that wont fix my problem.

Stopped in because my phone wouldn’t charge and I thought the port might be broken. They checked it out, cleaned the charging port, and had it working again within minutes, and didn’t even charge me. Super honest, friendly, and helpful staff. Really appreciated how quick and straightforward the whole experience was. Highly recommend if you need a phone repair or even just a quick check.

I called before I came in as I was having an issue with my laptop. They were friendly and professional on the phone. Going to the store I found more of the same! The team greeted me, asked what the problem was, looked at things, and then the person who looked at it came out from the back and explained everything to me. I am glad to have this gem in my neighborhood, and I will definitely be coming back with any tech issues. Thank you!

Have had multiple devices fixed here before including my Z fold 6 and Google Pixel 8 and they did a great job in a timely manner. They worked well with Samsung Care + and Google's extended warranty services.

My 2 year old Samsung Galaxy phone decided it didn't want to charge up, either remotely or wired to a transformer. My local uBreakiFix store was helpful and got it working with a forced restart. Worried it might fail again and would probably need a new battery, I put a deposit down so she could order a new battery, which I was told had to be special ordered and could take a week to arrive. I told her I would call back if the phone was now working and charging properly and wouldn't require a new battery so she could cancel the order and refund my deposit. I called her 24 hours later to say I would NOT need a new battery and asked her to cancel the order and refund my deposit. She said there was no refunds for canceled orders and I would NOT get a credit for my $43 dollar deposit. This seems like a rip-off! I don't recall her saying my deposit would NOT be refunded, even though the replacement battery had not been prepared or shipped as yet. I appreciate that she gave my phone a jump start, but being charged for a battery I did not need and had not been processed or shipped is unfair and I would warn other customers to beware of this type of rip-off from uBreakiFix in the future.
