Get over to the place in Bloomington. This place is... unhelpful. Never been to a UPS store who won't let a customer use 10? inches of packing tape to seal a box without either making you buy a roll or charging you for packing the box. Shame on you. The UPS store on Southtown Center is very helpful and friendly. Idk who pissed in their cheerios at this store, but I wouldn't go here if it's easy for you to go elsewhere.

Exceptional Service at The UPS Store!
I had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store during my recent visit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. They handled my request with efficiency and care, making sure everything was done correctly and quickly.
The store itself was clean, well-organized, and had a great layout, making it easy to find what I needed. I was especially impressed by how the employees went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They took the time to explain my shipping options, helped me choose the best one for my needs, and even provided useful tips to save money and time.
It’s rare to find such a high level of customer service these days, and this store truly stands out. I will absolutely be recommending this location to my friends and colleagues, and I look forward to coming back. Thank you, The UPS Store team, for a seamless and pleasant experience!

We regularly use this location for Amazon returns and general shipping needs. They have always been super helpful and patient, and sweet to our kids when they tag along!

Came in for an Amazon return. They tried to charge me to take it, and offered to sell me over priced packing tape. I will not be back. Get your shipping supplies across the street at less than 1/3 the price and without condescending staff. You can drop off Amazon at Kohls with longer hours and friendlier service.

Very rude customer service! I called to ask about my package not being delivered yet, but the guy picked up the phone talked to me disrespectfully, and hung up the phone while I was talking he did not even listen to what I was talking about???

Employee 216606 would not let me drop off my boxed & sealed Amazon return. After talking to Amazon and verifying that I was allowed to return the package I received it in, I went to a different UPS location and had 0 issues. Will not use this location again.

I stop by UPS almost on a weekly basis and I will say the eagan town Center store has always treated me very kind and been helpful with all my situations. I certainly have been to other locations with nothing good to say.
