US Bank is terrible. Tried to open new checking account online. Application glitched and did not let me open a debit card or access online banking but somehow opened the account. Called customer service who could only confirm the account was opened but not give me the account number, which I needed to have to access online banking and hopefully order my debit card. Went into a branch on Saturday and waited 30+ minutes to get my account number. I then got into online banking and realized that I could not order a new debit card in the app. I called and the representative told me that since it’s a new account that was not immediately funded there is a hold. The rep told me she would have to email another department that does not work the weekends to process my debit card order and that I would not know whether or not my card was ordered unless (A) I receive it or (B) I call back in. Flash forward 6 days later, and I call in. THE CARD WAS NEVER ORDERED. Get the card ordered and the rep tells me I can add it to my digital wallet for immediate use. I then attempted to withdraw $ from the ATM and it was declined due to suspicious activity. I verified the transaction via text and tried again. NOTHING. Then I called customer service and was told there is nothing that can be done. Because of the account’s age I likely will not be able to use the digital wallet that frequently if at all. I asked to file a complain and was told that “They don’t do that. Maybe the app will let me.” What a joke

It’s Saturday 12pm At this US Bank branch, the queue is excessively long, resulting in a wait time of over an hour to see a banker.

I recently had a scheduled appointment and as I walk in my appointment is immediately given away and I was directly on time , as I waited I was approached buy man seemingly in a rush to get me out, I need help with my online banking and a banking and was told to simply call a number , I felt super disrespected and plan on switching to a more secure bank , I was also almost scammed through the U.S. bank name on my phone and excepted to be the actual company bank , I don’t recommend nor feel safe banking with them!!

Not the best people to do auto loans with. I was quoted a payoff amount, but when I paid the amount quoted I was informed that there was a finance charge that I also owe. I always thought payoff quotes included all monies due to close account, not the case with US BANK. NEVER again

No exaggeration, the 2 employees that helped us were sent from heaven; Sylvester and Catherine, made what seemed impossible and out of reach happen efficiently, effectively and with smiles on their face. I can't say enough about this peticular bank to give proper credit. Thank you so much!!! The establishment was clean and organized . We were greeted upon entry and they had a cool little spin wheel to keep up moral with current and yet to be clients. I especially enjoyed reading the tasteful bio about the teller whom helped. 5 stars!! I'd give more if allowed. Again thank you Sylvester And Catherine!!

So thankful that this branch had employees available to help with a strange request. The agent we spoke with was super helpful and took care of our needs right away! The only negative has nothing to do with the Krestwood branch in Eagan, MN, but I called two closer branches that basically could not even connect me with a human being at 1 PM in the afternoon which is very frustrating.
