I recently had a scheduled appointment and as I walk in my appointment is immediately given away and I was directly on time , as I waited I was approached buy man seemingly in a rush to get me out, I need help with my online banking and a banking and was told to simply call a number , I felt super disrespected and plan on switching to a more secure bank , I was also almost scammed through the U.S. bank name on my phone and excepted to be the actual company bank , I don’t recommend nor feel safe banking with them!!

Not the best people to do auto loans with. I was quoted a payoff amount, but when I paid the amount quoted I was informed that there was a finance charge that I also owe. I always thought payoff quotes included all monies due to close account, not the case with US BANK. NEVER again

So thankful that this branch had employees available to help with a strange request. The agent we spoke with was super helpful and took care of our needs right away! The only negative has nothing to do with the Krestwood branch in Eagan, MN, but I called two closer branches that basically could not even connect me with a human being at 1 PM in the afternoon which is very frustrating.

No exaggeration, the 2 employees that helped us were sent from heaven; Sylvester and Catherine, made what seemed impossible and out of reach happen efficiently, effectively and with smiles on their face. I can't say enough about this peticular bank to give proper credit. Thank you so much!!! The establishment was clean and organized . We were greeted upon entry and they had a cool little spin wheel to keep up moral with current and yet to be clients. I especially enjoyed reading the tasteful bio about the teller whom helped. 5 stars!! I'd give more if allowed. Again thank you Sylvester And Catherine!!

My husband Vern had an issue with his business checking account that Eagan Branch business banker Venera Yismaw solved in a very short time after he had made several calls to their main banking center. I recommend that if anyone has any issues at this US Bank branch that they ask for the very knowledgeable and friendly Venera!

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Think twice before going to U.S. Bank and in particular, the Eagan branch. I dealt with Steve Donarski, their AVP Branch Manager, to obtain a medallion stamp recently. He mis-interpreted the US Bank rules forced me down a rabbit hole to obtain what he said was mandatory to complete the process. After talking to the county to get the documents he told me I needed, Dakota County said they had no idea what Steve was talking about. To make matters worse, I took the exact same documentation package to a U.S. Bank in St Paul and got the medallion stamp in about 10 minutes. So not only was Steve rude and unsympathetic, he is incompetent.

Steve was very helpful in updating my savings account to avoid monthly maintenance fees!
