Used wire transfer at Eagan branch. (At Cliff rd) Wire transfer was canceled without informing me. I ask about explanation- US bank said they can cancel wire transfer without informing customer. Very bad tellers and very rude manager. I will quit that terrible bank. Not recommend!!

Came in with a question for a banker left with the same question unanswered, sat down in the waiting area for a banker but first you have to talk to a bank teller to prove its above their pay grade, when we passed the banker claimed they didn’t do what I was inquiring about, then I mentioned I did it online just had a question about part of it so we had a seat, I thought to myself “this is a waste of time if supposedly this guy doesn’t know they offer the service what is he going to know about the specific question I have “
And I was right, guy with spiky hair and glasses I think black hair not sure if he even mentioned his name , I know AI can do their job but sometimes you have a question thats not mentioned online so you go down to the local US bank and expect a professional friendly atmosphere but it feels like they cant wait until you leave and are upset you even came in. Should have just stayed home with my unanswered question at-least I wouldn’t have wasted my time

My wife and I have a joint savings account with this location of U.S. Bank which is handy for cashing checks. Employees have been great for the most part. The drive thru is another issue that seems odd. Only one line is open at times which is the commercial lane, and not sure why the other lanes are closed? I remember only one time they had two lanes opened.

Everyone here was great, but KP Boonwong was more than helpful! He helped me set up a savings account and was exceptional at explaining a lot of different things including different credit cards I was interested in! Was very impressed and will be using this branch much more often!!

Absolutely horrible location. The ATM never is working, the drive thru tellers seem to barely know how to add. The workers seem like desperate hires to fill positions, completely unqualified in my opinion. It shouldn't take a hour to deposit a check, I think I'll be closing my account and go to a credit union.The drive thru tellers are also very rude with attitudes, most of time i've been at the bank, I hear customers giving attitude back to the dummy workers....lol! There is also old geriatric worker that should be in a home, not at a drive thru working for a bank or anywhere. US Bank in general is a joke and clearly don't care about their customers or professional image anymore. I have never seen so many dummy workers in my life at a bank. This should be embarrassing for any company. I will no longer be banking with US Bank, so happy I'm leaving :).

This location sucks. Everytime I go here the older lady with the white hair give me a hard time. It's not just me I heard other similar stories from customers. I was making a withdrawal she told me funds were not available, dro e to burnsville location on 42 and got my Mont no questions ask 7 minutes later.

I've been banking here unfortunately for a number of years, as what they refer to internally as a "wealth management" client, and I have still received so much disrespect and a lack of basic business courtesy, that I feel foolish for continuing on.They screwed up an auto-pay application which negatively affected my credit score, have spoken to me with disrespect, and I've witnessed them do the same to others.The only reason I stay is because of how much I have tied up and the logistical nightmare of the change.
