Everyone here was great, but KP Boonwong was more than helpful! He helped me set up a savings account and was exceptional at explaining a lot of different things including different credit cards I was interested in! Was very impressed and will be using this branch much more often!!

Absolutely horrible location. The ATM never is working, the drive thru tellers seem to barely know how to add. The workers seem like desperate hires to fill positions, completely unqualified in my opinion. It shouldn't take a hour to deposit a check, I think I'll be closing my account and go to a credit union.The drive thru tellers are also very rude with attitudes, most of time i've been at the bank, I hear customers giving attitude back to the dummy workers....lol! There is also old geriatric worker that should be in a home, not at a drive thru working for a bank or anywhere. US Bank in general is a joke and clearly don't care about their customers or professional image anymore. I have never seen so many dummy workers in my life at a bank. This should be embarrassing for any company. I will no longer be banking with US Bank, so happy I'm leaving :).

This location sucks. Everytime I go here the older lady with the white hair give me a hard time. It's not just me I heard other similar stories from customers. I was making a withdrawal she told me funds were not available, dro e to burnsville location on 42 and got my Mont no questions ask 7 minutes later.

I've been banking here unfortunately for a number of years, as what they refer to internally as a "wealth management" client, and I have still received so much disrespect and a lack of basic business courtesy, that I feel foolish for continuing on.They screwed up an auto-pay application which negatively affected my credit score, have spoken to me with disrespect, and I've witnessed them do the same to others.The only reason I stay is because of how much I have tied up and the logistical nightmare of the change. So apparently customer service is non-existent at this Bank anymore!! I asked for my withdrawal to be all in 100 she informed me that half would have to be in 20s because everybody else came in and got money.. so I proceeded to ask her aren't you a bank are you out of money?? In a very rude voice she said I will check the other cashier, who did have some $100 bills she then informed me that next time I will get whatever she has!... are you effing kidding me!!! I have been with this bank for almost 20 years and a disabled War veteran maybe it's time to shop a different bank!! But I have a feeling it's just this Branch poorly run!!

I’ve gone here a couple times. One to deposit a somewhat large check after the sale of my house and the most recent time to make get a large cashiers check for a down payment on a new home.Both times I was helped by an older lady who always seems to give me a hard time and as a result making my experience banking at this particular location very unpleasant and stressful when it does not need to be. Her condescending tone and lack of customer service ruin it for me and I will not ever do business at this location again.
